Horrrible Vet to deal with (Landsborough) Our Cat was so frightened by him I should have seen this, first Vet to ever deal with ...not sympathetic by any means what so ever! Our Cat was diagnosed with urinary track infection by him..the first visit he squeezed the hell out of his bladder to unload his urine threw a cathader poor guy was in pain! he didnt urinate around the house for 5 hrs, but started again. when calling back in the morning no return call back as we were worried about him. The next few hrs were sad for us you can see a change in him due to his meds not getting better ..Landsborough called back a few hrs later saying you should have isolated him in a room (thanks for telling us that yesterday)we had to put our cat down seeing he wasnt going to get any better...Landsborough did the Euthanasia what a mistake that was..was not sympathetic to us in anyway. something I cannot unclear from my mind. Stay away from this money lover!

I have been taking my dog to Dr Landsborough for 12 years. I highly recommend him! He’s very knowledgeable and trustworthy. With his years of experience I feel very confident that my dog is receiving the best care possible!

Horrible poor excuse for a human being. He should be charged and in jail for animal abuse. I'm currently in a law suit and will provide details later on what happened. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS VET!

I have just discovered through Google that Larry has reached his goals and become a Vet. I am so happy to know this. I was fortunate to work with him as he put himself through school. I lived in Moorefield at the time and have retired to Blind River. My name is Brenda and I am a little behind the times but Congratulations Larry good job

I am very happy with the service I have been receiving at Mainview Animal Hospital. I've been taking my dog there for almost 10 years. I won't take my dog anywhere else! Dr Landsborough is great! He's very knowledgeable and always professional. The staff are friendly and make u feel welcome. They sell dog food there and they have boarding and grooming services. Vet services are not cheap but remember u get what u pay for!

THIS VET WAS SO BLOODY MEAN TO MY LITTLE KITTENS ... THEY WERE RESCUE LITTLE FERRALS BUT OBVIOUSLY AFRAID OF BEING AT THE VET....HE PRACTICALLY DROPPED A KITTEN AND THREW IT ON HIS TABLE. THE KITTEN THEN MEWED IN DISTRESS.ALL BECAUSE HE THOUGHT IT WOULD BITE HIM. REALLY? OMG. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXCUSE OF A VET. DO NOT GO HERE PLEEEEEASE!!! AND VERY VERY OVERPRICED!!!

This clinic is way over priced. I took my cat to Mainview and Erica made several mistakes with my bill, up charging me for services I didn't receive. Stear clear unless you enjoy throwing hard earned money away.

You will be glad you chose to take your pet to Mainview Animal Hospital...Dr Landsborough and Erica are very professional and knowledgeable...I have taken my dog there for 8 years...and I have recommended them to many other people...and will continue to do so...Dr Landsborough comes across as confident and passionate about what he does...looks like some people on here confuse that with arrogance and abruptness...I agree with the other posting that bottom line you want to know that your pet gets the best treatment possible...try taking your pet to Mississauga or Oakville if you think he is expensive! You get what you pay for guys!

I've been here with my dog a few times and I haven't had a bad experience with this vet. This guy knows his stuff. I see a few comments on here about his personality and that he'll try to rip you off, etc. My take on him is that he is a little aggressive and a bit too confident at times but it depends on how you take him. I just want my dog to be healthily and I trust him with that. Vets are in this business to make money, lets face it. If he suggests that my dog may need a little something extra, just like anything I will do my homework before I agree to it. Hope this helps!

Never go to this Vet. He is a horrible man. He's rude, abrupt and a scary guy to deal with. He's capable of taking advantage and has a horrible reputation for ripping owners off. Steer clear. There are so many good, caring Vets in Milton and the area ... not him!

I would reccomend Dr. Larry to anyone. He is the best vet I have ever had for my dogs and I have had a dog through out my entire life.

My dog got neutered at this vet clinic, they quoted us 400.00. Once the operation was done it ended up being 660.00. Her stiches look like they are going to fall apart. He told me to make sure she doesn't lick them but yet he didn't give her a cone around her neck. He told me that she has another ear infection although her ear looks pretty normal to me. I am definately looking for another vet. I

Dr. Landsborough is far superior to other vets I have gone to. He is more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Dr. Landborough will charge you over double what other vets will. My experience is that he gave our dogs unnecessary shots and "ear cleanings" under the guise of health. We found out from another Vet that some of the items we were being charged for were frivolous and just in the name of a buck. Once he is questioned about the charges, he will ask you not to return. Terrible experience.
