Nothing good to say here. Rude and condescending staff and management.
There was a VERY good reason for my demand to have a manager contact me after a very poor experience with my dogs appointment. After a very long wait following this appointment, there was never a call or follow up from management.
After many attempts to get in touch with management regarding this experience, the experience I had speaking with the manager was no better than the rude staff. 20 years of being a dog owner l have never experienced such rude condescending treatment from a vet.
If you're looking for a place to take your animal, Millstream Veterinary Hospital is highly recommended! 5 stars for millstream!

We had a terrible experience at Glenview. On our first visit, the doctor ordered a bunch of tests, costing about $1400. At the same time she prescribed drugs even before the test results were available. I waited for 3 days after the first visit and no one called back to follow up. I finally called and spoke to a different doctor, who didn't see anything wrong from those tests. And she insisted that my dog taking the drug. I did try giving the drug to my dog for two days and it didn't work at all. After I spoke to the doctor, I never heard from them again. It seems like all they care is the money in my pocket. Be warned!

The team at Glenview were amazing, professional, personal, and I have high regards for their care and treatment. They were super thorough and articulated issues with our pet. I hadn't expected such team work.

The staff are lovely, office is very clean and Chris and his team are pretty good, BUT, this office charges double if not more for everything!! For that reason we will never return. Our dental quote was three times a different office. The prescription we have for our dogs daily medication is double that of our current office. We have saved thousands of dollars by switching vets and the care is better! I highly recommend not going to this clinic, as we made that mistake for 7 years!! Glenview and your sister office Eaglerise, shame on you for overcharging vulnerable pet owners.

II was really disappointed with this Animal Hospital and would never recommend them.. My little dog had been vomiting blood during the night, so I had him there at 9:10 to be seen by someone. The indifferent receptionist said that he could not be seen until after noon, which conflicted with a medical appt. I had. I explained that there was no one in the waiting room, that perhaps she could have him seen at the present time. She said others would be arriving with appointments and strongly recommended a sister property. I went down the road to Belmont Langford Hospital, where the reception room was full. After taking his particulars, they fit him in, in-between appointments. The couldn't have been kinder, and the bill was very reasonable. I was looking for a Veterinarian service in the area as I had moved. I certainly would not recommend Glenview Animal Hospital.

excellent and knowledgeable technicians are extremely helpful with parrots. Lots of emphasis on owner education and empowerment. This is my go to team with any questions or problems.

Love Glenview. They treat our dog like it's their own. Very caring and thorough. We've lived in Victoria for a number of years and have taken our pets almost everywhere. Glenview is top notch. I just wish they were closer to Victoria.

Take your business elsewhere...trust me you can do better. Expensive and condescending attitude from some. I have never had such a bad experience in 20 years of pet ownership.

Dr.Chris Collis is very competent, personable. He hires very satisfactory vets to assist, but they don't stay long enough....... too much turnover.

Dr. Collis has been absolutely fantastic with both our Chinchilla and our dog(s). We originally sought him out after receiving a good recommendation that he was an excellent small animal vet with Chinchilla experience. We had a very bad experience with another Victoria area vet and were hesitant. After meeting Dr. Collis we were assured by his skill and treatment of our ill little guy. Eventually when it became apparent that it was time to put our chinny to sleep, Dr. Collis helped us to make the right decision and made the process as supportive as possible. We have switched all of our animals to Glenview and are confident that Dr. Collis is also the right choice for our huskies. Our older girl is in right now and we trust she is in good hands! The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. They make every effort to accommodate us when concerns or emergencies arise.

Our senior cat has chronic kidney failure, and the staff and vets at Glenview have been infinitely kind and knowledgeable. I called several times with long questions and they always answered very thoroughly and patiently. As for costs, I called around to several vets in and around Langford and Glenview was either cheaper or equal to the others, on appointments, tests, medications, and over-night stays. I cannot recommend them enough.

Anyone w/pets looking for compassionate vet care must go to Glenview Animal Hospital-Dr.Chris Collis. We have two high maintenance dogs-both w/health issues that were unable to be diagnosed by two other clinics (Hillside and Central Victoria)at great cost.Dr. Collis not only diagnosed the issue for both dogs but also found excellent low cost solutions-including multi-purpose vitamins and tums (for calcium).Sounds too simple doesn't it-but worked to improve joint health and bone density.Dr. Collis also perscribed a low cost med(that works) for our female who became incontinent as a result of a spay at one of the vet clinics we used to use after they perscribed a series of antibotics & ultrasound for a perceived bladder condition-over a two year period withough diagnosis. The additional bonus for all is at both Dr. Collis' clinics pet owners can participate in the procedures. No more taking your pet into that secret back room. Go see Dr. Collis-you won't be disappointed!
