I was in this evening for an appointment. Dr Khaira and his regular staff were amazing as usual. However, the new girl was quite quick and snotty with me. Not a great first impression, nor a person to be upfront. The medical care my pet received still could not have been better with Shay, Tara and Dr Khaira! Keep up the good work

We are from BC and in Banff for a vacation. I called while in Calgary shopping and we were able to get an appointment later that day. Very friendly staff. The vet (Dr. Tejon Der Khaira) was amazing. He asked for a very exact and complete history, examined Bella very thoroughly, told us in detail what was wrong and what he thought the treatment should be, and gave us the proper prescription with verbal details on how to use them. He was very nice, patient with my worrying questions, and described everything in detail. The price was awesome. We were seen in time. It was an amazing experience during a stressful time. Thanks so much!

My little kitty had a badly abscessed mouth followed by a facial abscess. Panorama Hills took wonderful care of him in surgery, put up with my worried phone calls, and provided excellent follow up care.
I am happy to report that Alex's chronic watering eyes dried up almost immediately after his facial abscess healed. His eyes have watered since I adopted him, and so I can only imagine his abscesses were putting pressure on his tear ducts. He must have been in pain for a very long time, because he is acting happier than ever before.
He was always playful and well behaved, but since his treatment he runs faster, jumps higher, and gets into more ambitious hiding spots. He now regularly sits in my lap, which he has never done even once before.

Love this place! Awesome staff who know what they are doing. They treat all animals very nicely! Always let you ask any questions and they don't hassle you to buy anything just give you your options!

Loved the clinic until they hired a very ignorant receptionist with a very bad attitude! Kaitlen is a nasty person who does not belong working at a pet hospital with such a retched attitude and disregarde for people and their pets. The techs are great and the doctors and prices are good. All the staff are awesome except that 1 receptionist. Get rid of her to prevent losing more clients

Everyone is friendly and it's clean inside, but I can only justify going there for small things as it's so expensive! They wanted $270-$400 for neutering, so I just went to the Calgary neuter clinic for $195.

Mediocre clinic. Agree with above commenter about super rude receptionist. This clinic will slowly milk you. I was billed for testing I specifically asked them not to do! As it was a third time repeat test (same positive results- surprise!)with which they had not offered a solution (meds or otherwise) to previous positive tests. Maybe if you live in Panorma you have cash to blow at this place.

We have been bringing my cats here for a couple years and have been pleasantly happy with this clinic, the costs are affordable and the Doctors and staff were super friendly amd would go above and beyond to help our pets. I called a week or two ago to inquire about something and was shocked to know how incredibly rude the secretary was. Ever since I have been coming here I have never encountered a rude staff member. Attitude and tone is everything. I will continue to come here because both doctors are great but as long as I don't have to deal with her.

I have been taking my pets to this facility for the last 2 years and find they are professional, warm heart and very high quality of service! I have had a few sick cats, and they try to keep charges affordable, and although one of my cats did need to be put down, they made it as easy and stress-free as possible. They continue to provide OUTSTANDING care for my dog and cats. I trust them 100% and am VERY impressed with the quality of serivce offered by all the staff members! I recommend this clinic to every one! Although we all cannot afford everything, you make you aware of the best treatment for your pet! Best clinic ive been to yet in my last 20 years in Calgary

I highly reccomend coming here. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and after the horrific experience I had at another vet in creek side I feel it is well worth the extra 2 minute drive for a dr that is on time and willing to explain things oppose to pushing for tests and making me feel guilty. My cats love the front staff as well as the amazing doctors. A wonderful experience every time!
