This vet was rude. Staff was rude on the phone too. I've ordered my pet's meds online for years and just after passing a health exam this vet would not authorize them stating that she sells them on site and could give me a comparable price. I said "so you won't authorize it online, but you want me to buy it from you" The response I got was "we won't charge you for shipping." Her tone was very negative. This was their second year in trying to sell their meds directly to me. The previous year this vet reluctantly authorized the meds online. Sounds to me this is in violation of their code of ethics. I will not be returning to this vet again.
