Anybody who loves their furry friends should go here! the staff is absolutely terrific, they remember every little detail!! Ive been seriously impressed here since day 1. I've seen reviews complaining about price... I'm in the smiths falls area, and I called all the clinics around to determine prices before going to Campbell Rd (which was the cheapest exam fees) but I realized after my first appointment with Dr. O'Grady that you pay for QUALITY!! I don't mind paying a little bit extra for my babies, because I know they are in good hands and in a good environment. You get what you pay for. Money matter aside, Campbell road vet is awesome, attentive, compassionate and all around a great environement.

The vet was very very nice and polite. Very informative and patient. Excellent with my dog and very patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone requiring a vet.

Great vet. Has a barn cat spay/neuter program that has my barn cats fixed and healthy. Wonderful community service.

Our cat came home late in the day on a Friday dragging his whole hind end. We rushed him to Gaelin's even though it was almost closing time. Gaelin saw him immediately and got him stablized and gave him pain medication. After x-rays Gaelin offered referrla to a orthopeadic surgeon for surgical repir of her shattered leg as it was broken too much for her to repair. We did not have the money to go to Alta Vista so Gaelin offered to remove his leg. Even though the clinic is closed on weekends, Gaelin and her technician came in on Saturday to do the surgery because they wants our little boy out of pain ASAP.Gaelin also went into the clinic every 4 hours over the weekend to ensure that our cat was getting enough pain medication! Now our littel guy is back playing with our other cats. Of course he will never again be allowed outside unless we are right there. But thanks to Gaelin and her wonderful staff we still have our little man! So Gaelin will always be our vet!

Excellent facilities but the people make it special. They really care! A small preventative care practice that strives to educate people on disease prevention which is best for my pet and my pocketbook. SO MUCH less expensive than my Ottawa Vet was! But I know that Gaelin really cares about what is best for MY pets! She can be blunt but always is honest about what my pet really needs. Even my dog that hates vets loves to go to Gaelin's clinic! Wait time is usually minimal. Even if we have to wait we never feel rushed during our appointment. The clinic is less than 30 minutes from Kanata and my bill was 1/2 what my Ottawa vet quoted. But even if it was the same price as my Ottawa vet I would still return because I trust this clinic!
