Horrible and dishonest vet. The office staff was rude and Dr. O'Brien lied to us and told us our dog would die within 24 hours if we did not get her on a medication that cost $1500/month which we could not afford. She has no bedside manner or compassion and is not a vet because she cares about the animals! She also denied filling another medication that our dog needs daily to live, just because we turned down the %1500/month medication. She told us the only way she would authorize the prescription to be filled is if we paid for the expensive medication! I am filing a formal complaint against them for their dishonest practices but urge everyone to go to another vet in town! No vet should ever be able to hold a prescription hostage. When we tried to talk to her about it, she was extremely rude, yelling at us saying she would get the money out of us one way or another for the medication. Thankfully, our dog is surviving and doing great on a much less expensive medication!
