	3/2/10	5	5	5	5	Everyone - receptionists, vet techs, vets - at Chappelle's is caring and wonderful. The facility is constantly cleaned. Accupuncture is offered as treatment which can be a life enhancer for those pets that respond - try it if nothing else is working. I have been taking my pets to Chappelle's for 28 years and have had only good experiences and excellent care.
