While I can't speak to the clinic as a whole, as I haven't brought my pets here. I would like to leave a review about how very much Dr. Serena Caunce cares about animals. We corresponded by email about our dog having been misdiagnosed with a pyometra and the resulting death of her puppies. Though we were not clients of hers, Dr. Caunce showed care and concern about the loss of our puppies and she asked very detailed and thoughtful questions. She took time out of her busy schedule to listen to our story and to provide helpful information. She did this because she cares deeply for animals and for the people who love them, as she would not accept the compensation we offered. I would feel lucky to have Dr. Caunce caring for our dogs. She's one of the good ones.

Amazing staff and customer service. My daughter took our dog camping, that night he started whining and would not let her touch his hind quarters. She was very worried and took him to Tri Lake. Even though she did not have an appointment the vet tech. was able to help her. Turns out he got Swimmers Tail. He was good as gold a few days later. My daughter was able to enjoy the rest of her camping trip. Thank you.

I unfortunately went here before finding another vet and was charged almost twice as much for the same procedure/surgery that was done elsewhere. My pet was sent home with a respiratory issue that he didn't have going in, I called thirsty seconds down the road and they said that was normal. A day later he was in distress and we almost lost him. More money, more stress on our little guy. I ended up finding another vet to go to, had way better service, more informative, kind, and way less money spent.

Dr. Carmel and Dr. Wanamaker are just two of the Veterinarians that I have had the pleasure of taking my dogs to see. They are up front and honest and you can see the compassion they have for the animals. Dr. Carmel was VERY caring and compassionate when we had to suddenly put down our Beagle. So far great care and fair pricing. Thanks Tri-Lake!

Hands down, in the top 2 of all vet clinics in the Ok Valley!! Dr Kaplan, and all his team are AMAZING caring, compassionate and very competent team! We have spent lots of time in the clinic, and have never found a more hard working, empathetic and professional group, except the group at Rose Valley Vet, a close second. Keep up the great work Tri Lake!!

Dr. Kaplan and staff are exceptional. I am grateful to have access to a vet whom I trust 100% with my animals. Dr. Kaplan is an exceptional vet who is very, very knowledgeable, treats the animals with kindness and respect, and truly cares for the animals' well-being. His wife, Dr. Linda Kaplan, is also a wonderful vet who specializes in exotics. The hospital has 24-hour care and the vets are on call and can be reached right away, even after hours, in cases of emergencies. The staff are always caring and polite. The prices are more than reasonable, especially when you factor in the level of care given to their patients. I have often recommended this clinic to people who have spent lots of money at their own vets and their vets have not been able to find out what is ailing their animals. Once they go to TriLake, they change vets. People travel all the way from Osoyoos and Revelstoke because of the level of care they receive at TriLake.
