These people are cold and don't care about your pet. I had originally called in as I had a 19yr old medium size dog which I inquired about arranging for Euthanasia and they prioritize their busy season of booked appointments for heartworm. They mentioned they're affiliated with Niagara Emergency Veterinarian Hospital and said I could call them. Well, wouldn't you know it, they also said they couldn't accommodate me either. In dealing with Vets for almost 20yrs, add this to your list to avoid at all costs.

my review is over 3000 characters so i can't post it here. but this clinic killed my dog because they wanted to make a quick buck and didn't deem her life worthy enough to try to save. so instead they put her down. terrible bedside manners. this is the summary of it. i will try to break down my review and post it in parts

I thought they were great at one time but was I wrong.Mctaggart is an idiot.Busche used to be good but she's past her prime, and Waines is a has been.I hear he retired.The staff walks around like their god.Their prices are scary.I could go on and on.I am glad I got away from this place.

This is more a thank you than it is a rating.My family unfortunately and unexpectidly had to put down our beloved dog Tip a few days before Christmas....without warning....needless to say that we were and are still devastated... Our hearts are broke. Through our ordeal the entire staff on duty that night was truly spectacular... They felt our pain...we cried and they cried with us...they were very supportive in our time of sorrow..... Their honesty even though it hurt us....was and is appreciated. Thank you so very much...you all made an unbearable situation a lil more bearable. *Lori King*

Have taken a number of pets here with total satisfaction. The staff are knowlegable and pleasant. The doctors listen and interact with both my pets and myself. Would recommend for anyone.

We have been taking our pets to Borderview for 25 years and they have always received extra-ordinary care. The doctors and staff have proven to us that they truly love and care about every animal that they treat there.

Don't go here!! They botched my cat's declawing only to find out years later what had happened. They left a growth plate in so nails kept growing but under the skin until his paw actually ruptured. Re: our puppies, they were vet checked here, got the all clear, and one of them died one week later of heart problems. Spare yourselves and your pets! Go elsewhere!

I've been here a few times. They have different vets and I've been happy with the two different ones who've looked after our cat. They were very thorough and caring. It's clean and professional and all the staff I've met seem very nice.
