These people go above and beyond each and every experience with them. They cared for 3 of my cats and, without a doubt, are the best I’ve experienced. Highly, highly recommend for the best pet care available.

We are very pleased with the care Dr. Ralph and his staff provided to our cat Spirit in her final years. Right through her passing we always got professional and compassionate treatment. We especially appreciated the attention we received from, and the condolences card signed by, Lindsey, Kaitlyn, Donna and Dr. Ralph Lutzmann. Thank you so much.

Dr. Lutzmann has been my all my cats Dr. for over 25yrs. I would never use anyone else. His staff is wonderful.

Very caring staff. Have taken two pets there through the joys of childhood to the tragedy of passing. Always professional but also compassionate. You can tell they are all "pet people".

They take very good care of our animals, and we have used them often. Dr. Lutzmann in particular was particularly empathetic, responsive and forthright when assisting with our sick pet. Highly recommended.

We've used Dr. L for our dogs for two decades. He and his staff are compassionate and thorough. He does enough tests so that you can make an informed decision and always lets us know what he'd do if it was his dog when we ask that question. The facilities are on a par with most in this area. We've only had to wait if he is dealing with an emergency or helping an owner deal with their grief, and we've been happy to wait under those circumstances. Pricing is in line with the other vets in the area. All six dogs who have been or were his patients recommend Dr. L and Manning Road Animal Hospital.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Lutzman for 20 years. He is straightforward and communicates with me very well. I don't feel he is over priced- cost is a subjective term-I want my dog(s) treated well and Dr. Lutzman has never failed me. The staff at Manning Road is great. Dr. Kleemold is a lot like Dr. Lutzman- straightforward and genuinely concerned for my dog's health.

My dog had a bladder stone and was bleeding as a result. I was told the she needed her blood checked but the vet was too busy to do it then so I would have to leave the dog over night. I believed that was so I could be charged a boarding fee as it only takes about 10 minutes to check the bloodwork. This was only the first of a number of things that occurred that were irregular. I complained to the College of Veterinarians of Ontario. It took 6 months to get an answer and when I did the letter just said "We do not feel the Veterinarian did anything wrong" No explanation at all and the letter was not even signed. I guess they look after their own.

Dr. Lutzman is an amazing vet. His knowledge, skill and sense of caring is second to none. He takes the time to explain the health issues, potential consequences and treatment options. Dr. Lutzman has seen our dogs, cats and guinea pig. I would and do recommend Dr. Lutzman and his staff. Thank you!

Dr. Lutzman is a very caring and kind vet. He always takes the time to explain things in understandable terms and answers my usually long list of questions and concerns. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. I don't know what I'll do when he retires. He saved my dogs life.

Dr. Lutzmann is one of the best vets I have ever encountered. Contrary to what the last poster said, he has never misdiagnosed my dogs, and is always willing to listen to my input. He takes the time to explain, and does so in terms I can understand. He is always expanding his knowledge base through seminars and online, and my dogs have benefited from that. I don't know what I'll do if he ever retires.

All vets in Canada are way overpriced. The vets here are very nice but unless you do your research online first and go in there with your own diagnoses, they will probably not have the right one or sometimes they will just disagree til your pet needs expensive treatment. It has happened to me twice now and my poor pet is suffering for it. I switched to a vet in the States for yearly care and I'm still searching for a good local one for emergency care.

I have been with this vet for over 20 years. He has a heart of gold and talks in plain terms. I can give him my opinion and he will discuss what ever the problem is and how to improve it. He has taught me a lot over the years. I trust him to the highest degree!

The vet techs here are wonderful with our dog who can be a handfull at the best of times. Dr Lutzman is a good doctor, but sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer from him. All in all we take our dog here because we feel he gets the best treatment compared to any other facility in the Windsor Area.
