Monique crabby and easily irritated. Clinic feels run down and not even using computers for records and appointments. Seems old and tired maybe?

My two dogs have been patients at Hawkin's for almost 10 years. The majority of the time the staff and Vets have been flexible/accommodating (with emergencies & appts), compassionate, understanding, and informative during our appts. They have also provided some monetary value by consolidating some of the fees/medications when seeing both dogs together for the same problem.

I have had very good experiences with Hawkins clinic, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, not the cheapest but I guess you get what you pay for

Just visited with my precious kitty, wasn't sure what was wrong with him. The staff were warm and friendly and the doctor was so caring and compassionate. She listened to our concerns and made recommendations with thorough explanations so we could together put together a treatment plan that we were comfortable with. Great service for the price, we'll be back for sure!

My recent visit to Hawkins Animal Hospital was a very good one, from the moment I walked in and was greeted with smiling faces and how clean the clinic smelled, and the Dr was compassionate and very understanding and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and formulated a plan to treat my cat based on my limited budget. I left feeling very satisfied and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the very best care for their pet

Made us wait an hour before we were seen on a recent visit. They prescribed meds (including antibiotics) on two separate occasions before there was even a diagnosis. The first time I didn't fill the prescription and the issue resolved within a few days. The second time I started antibiotics and the stool sample (which was collected before meds were started) came back negative!! I will not be taking my dog there again. He is only 13 months old and they were just trying to pump him with all kinds of drugs for nothing!
