I have been bringing my 2 german shepherds here for 6 years now. Best place around. The treatment they receive is phenomenal. Been to a few vets before we met Dr. Saini and no one could compare. He was straight forward and has great rapport with the dogs. His staff are great too. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I have been using their services mostly for routine care of my dogs and litters that I have had occasionally. For basic vaccinations and microchipping, removing dewclaws etc. I have been happy for their services, however I would not trust I could receive more complex and knowledgeable care in here for my pets just due to the impression I have gotten by some of the vets I've met here. Also was not happy to be sold crazy expensive deworming medication for my dogs almost 50$ each! I did want a wide spectrum dewormer, but that is just a ridiculous price. Never let them give anything to your pet without checking the price first!

The BEST clinic I've ever used. Sometimes wait times bother people BUT if you need an appt immediately they will take you. Dr. Saini is so knowledgeable and kind. Dr Sulima--just so very caring. i've moved to Barrie but still drive back here for my pets. They often follow up by phone. Pet care is expensive everywhere; you need to know that when you get a pet.

Brought my small dog in yesterday as he was having problems with his anal glands. Vet tech asays sounds like the anal glands which would cost about $34 to $40.Vet finally arrives, concurs and does the unaffected side first,then tries the affected side which IS still swollen and said easy, I just need to express the gland, but she couldn't,takes him to the back. I wait 20 mins, vet comes back twice. Once to say it's infected, then five minutes later to ask if she could cut him. ON the outside. Needless to say I was horrified as that would be like an invitation to infection! She said she wouldn't and left again. When she came back, she said she did a catheter cleaning?(awake)but it didn't work so it may still explode!? but I should give him antibiotics which she prescribed as well as call in 2 weeks. I'm taking him back in tomorrow, as today he's not much different. Oh and the cost? $157.00. $40 for pills, $40 for cleaning? and 59 for exam in the back, she checked his heart she said.

Only taken my puppy here twice out of convenience - the vet was so inexperienced she couldn't answer basic information about dog food based on breed. The receptionists always seem like you're bothering them and it takes longer to pay then to get through the appointment. Not to mention the costs that they dont tell you about ahead of time then several hundred dollars, unneccesary medications and tests later you walk out feeling shafted! Too expensive for nothing - Switching vets now!

I brought my elderly little cat in to be euthanized and was treated with such kindness and compassion by both the Dr. and the technician. Special thanks to Michelle who spent time on the phone with me earlier this week as I made arrangements to bring my cat in. She really made the whole process a lot easier. I bring my dog and other cat to IVH for their shots and checkups, and will continue to do so. Plus, their prices are excellent, and it's worth the drive to Innisfil. Thanks again, I am most grateful.

Very nice facility and friendly staff indeed. What is frustrating is the wait in the examination room. My my dog gets very anxious and stressed waiting for the vet to arrive. Twice I was just about to leave, when the vet finally showed up. I had to repeat everything again what the previous assistant inquired about in the pre-exam. We are currently addressing the same health issues for two years with no resolve.

I can't say anything but positive remarks about this office. I had a young cat that developed an immune problem causing serious gum/teeth issues and had to have her teeth taken out. I was given lots of knowledge, resources, options and honesty during a difficult decision. Thank-you to Dr. Bose for a professional treatment plan and and a very successful surgery! Glad to say at her check-up she is doing great. Thanks to all staff at Innisfil Veterinary.

I've been going here with my cats and my dog since they opened and have never had a bad experience. Consistently everyone on staff is kind to the animals and they treat me with respect. They follow-up with phone calls, they make suggestions and provide alternatives--never pushing for expensive procedures. The hopsital itself is clean and beautiful--just recently expanded. I've recommended IVH to everyone I meet who has a new pet. In the past, I ihave been to other vets; in my opinion IVH is the besst.

Both the staff and the vets have been friendly,informative and kind to all our animals. The clinic is always spotless and well stocked with pet food. No vet is cheap, but they have always been competive in price and have never charged more than they have quoted. Dr Bose is our vet, but any vet in this clinic is reliable

NEVER BRING YOUR PET(S) HERE ... We brought our black lab to this vet hospital on April 25, 2011 for his yearly exam. BIG MISTAKE! When we got there there was nobody in the waiting room, and we were taken right in. We waited over 20 minutes in the examination room with our dog who was getting extremely stressed out. When the doctor came in she apologized for being late (but no explanation) - but it was too late for our dog, he was now very, very stressed out. The doctor proceeded to give our dog vaccinations that he had already been given and that were good until 2012 & 2013 respectively (our mistake for not looking at our previous vaccination certificates), but THEY DID have a copy of the previous vaccinations and still gave our dog the vaccinations even though they knew they were still valid from last time. WHY? (because this vet hospital only cares about MONEY, not your PET(S). They are overpriced, inexperienced vets. CONTINUED... READ NEXT COMMENT.
