My boxer was brought in to test for swollen lymph nodes which was presumedly lymphoma. Absolutely no compassion whatsoever for a clearly distraught customer. Nothing was explained or gone over and questions were stopped mid sentence saying to wait for the results. They did 3 aspirations and each one came back inconclusive and i was charged full rate for each. The horrible part was each time I was told I would have the results the next day and each time it took over a week to get them after I called several times with no return call. They even lied and said they left me a voicemail. They wasted a month of my dogs time and in that time the cancer progressed so badly that I could not treat him with chemo only prednisone. The only way I finally got the diagnose to move forward with treatment was bringing him to another vet who diagnosed him the very first day I brought him in. Dr sova cost my dog his life. There was zero compassion and zero professionalism. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Dr. Sova did blood work on my german shepard because she was having trouble walking. He said they would call with results. One week later I called the office and they told me the doctor would get back. 2 weeks later I still had not heard from them so I assumed everything was ok. One week ago, 5 months after the bloodwork, my dog could not walk so I went back to dr. Sova. He gave my dog a shot and told me to call him in one week. By Wednesday the dog was so bad I took him to another vet with the blood work resutls. My dog had limes disease and an underactive thyroid which the doctor never treated bacause he never read the blood work. My wonderful german shepards life was cut short, she was put to sleep on Wednesday because Dr. Sova never read the blood work from 6 months prior.
