Have taken my dog here to see the Cardiologist on several occasions. Staff was friendly, prices are high. Had to make an emergency visit on a weekend for my dogs heart problem late at night. Staff was wonderful. Met us at the door and carried my dog in. The treatment by Dr. Garza was super!!!! Ended up being transferred to the Cardiologist in Novi. But got wonderful, initial treatment in Ann Arbor. They saved my dogs life!

This is the most disorganized clinic I have ever been to. I was a client for years with multiple animals. My favorite vet left after 20 yrs. of working there. What does that tell you? No one takes responsibility for anything. I have waited hours for small services. The staff is cordial but very inefficient. There has never been any response from top management to written or verbal complaints and/or suggestions as to how to improve their quality. I know many clients who have also chosen to leave for the same reasons.

This place is fine but their prices are incredibly high. I once need a claw removed on my cat as it kept pressing into his pad and hurting him. I decided to call around to the different vet's offices and get a price and they were triple the cost of most places. I have been stuck with them on emergencies and I have always felt in these circumstances price gouged.

I agree with the first person who rated this clinic. Their fees are astronomical (guess that new building was expensive) and the staff is not very friendly. They do have a huge beautiful building, but that's not as important as feeling like you're a valued customer. I spend a lot of money on my dog and want to be appreciated. This used to be a great place, but I found a new vet who's more affordable and actually seems to like me and my dog. Plus he gave her great care. His receptionist and technician actually remembered us and my dog loves them! I'll never go back to A2AH

if you aren't the wealthy pet owner, it's likely that you will recieve less than cordial service from these folks. i got home from work to find my puppy lethargic and dehydrated. i took him in immediately and forgot to grab his vaccination records. they argued with me for a half an hour that he probably had parvo and almost outright accused me of lying about having him vaccinated. they ran an expensive test, only to find that he really did not have parvo. instead, he had giardia. sadly, this is the only emergency clinic near enough to my house that if something happened and my vet was closed, i'd have to return. i hope it never happens.

Ann Arbor Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to bring your pets. Recently we had our cat pass away from complications from diabetes and the staff at AAAH was beside us through the entire journey and was always caring and considerate of his condition. Their vets and technitions are knowledgeable, considerate and really take time to understand and listen to your concerns and issues. A+++
