Wonderful service. I have an extremely vocal dog, but the staff at this veterinary hospital are most professional and understanding. I strongly recommend them.

It was Easter Monday and our cat had suffered from lymphoma and we knew the time was coming to put him down. But the Easter weekend he took a turn for the worse and stopped eating. Our Vet was not open on Easter Monday so we called Renfrew animal hospital and they gave me a time to come in. The staff that day were so compassionate and sympathetic, made our experience a bit better, even thought this was the hardest thing we've ever done. We can look back and remember how everything was explained and they didn't rush us. They gave us all the time we needed. Thank-you so much!

These people mis diagnosed my dog for years. They want your money but don't care about the well being of my dog. Was told he had an "active belly" when in fact he a 3 serious illnesses!If you really care for your animal GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Amazing place for our animals! The new owners have modernized the clinic, brought in excellent medical expertise and still kept the small town feeling. The doctors treat my animals with the upmost care and compassion and always make time for my questions. I would never take my pets anywhere else! Highly recommended.

I have been going here for years and still drive to Renfrew even though I have moved away to the city. They have always been excellent with me and my pets

Mediocre at best. Possibly technically ok. I won't be going back to find out. I've had pets all my life and have dealt with many vets over the years. The lack of compassion for both owner and animal at a time of grief at this place was dumbfounding and only added to the pain of loss.
