My poor puppy waited for his neutering with no food or water from midnight the night before. He was brought in at 8am and not seen until 2pm for his surgery. They did not care about the stress they put on that dog. I was warned not to go to them from other people. They are right.

Been going to this clinic for several years, and they seem to be overcharging for some services, especially xrays. Also, they are very unwilling to work with you on your bill. They sock you with an exorbitant bill then expect payment in full immediately.

Staff is not knowledgeable at all regarding different dog breeds and makes up idiotic excuses for their ignorance.
