The place is disorganized, cramped, chaotic and cold. My 3rd visit at NVC was awful, while waiting to just ask a question I witnessed the owner/manager yelling at a very sweet receptionist in a nasty nasty tone? Totally turned me off and I went elsewhere. The woman next to me agreed saying the place has changed? What a shame to find out that all the pet owners at the doggie parks were right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We need another Vet in the area QUICK.
