Forgot to give me a written script for my dog's heartworm medication, even though they said they would. I was visiting the area and took my dog in. I live three hours away. When I told them about the mistake, they said they couldn't email the prescription or mail it. They did say they had an online pharmacy I could use, but didn't say it was the only option. I told them I often use other online pharmacies. Not a word was saying this wasn't an option. So when I got back home, 3 hours away, and tried to order my dog's heartworm through Chewy, they refused. Said I had to come pick up the script (3 hours!) or fill through their pharmacy. They gave no good reason for it. They said Chewy was out of state. So what? Many vets allow fills through Chewy. They said some online pharmacies use fake meds. Okay, but Chewy doesn't, and its a leader in the business. This is a ploy, I think, to make people order their more expensive products. NOT okay. My dog's health is at risk.

My Wife and I have been taking our Cherished Little Pets to this Animal Hospital, for over (11) years. We find the entire Staff to be absolutely the finest people we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! We have had many dealings with other Animal Hospitals over the past (40) years, but have never seen any of them come close to comparing to the genuine, loving care received from Centralia Animal Hospital. If you truly and sincerely love you pet, and want the absolute finest care for them, then this is the Animal Hospital for you. There are not enough wonderful words, to express our thanks to these dedicated people. We VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CENTRALIA ANIMAL HOSPITAL to all pet owners.
