I would rate this a zero if I could.
My wife took our dog in to be neutered. When she got there she found out that the agreed to price didn't include 'very important extras' (leading off with a 100 dollar price increase for ONE of the extras). My wife called me and I had her put me on the phone with them.
I asked them what the extras covered and when I finally got them to admit that they weren't necessary they told me they wouldn't take my business (I guess there wasn't enough incentive for them without the added costs) and then threw my wife's mobile phone at her.
Terrible place/people/service. Reminds me of a charlatan mechanics with all the hidden charges.

I've been a client at DVH for almost 20 yrs. I adored Dr. Miklozek and she took wonderful care of my cats. When she retired, Dr. Bonner had very big shoes to fill! But she has also been wonderful. Very caring, really knows her stuff, and gives you her personal attention. I also like that Dr. Bonner, like Dr. Miklozek, is an advocate for spay/neuter but NOT an advocate for declawing.
I spend a considerable amount of money on my pets and rescues, but with both vets at DVH, I have NEVER felt like they were padding the bill or suggesting unnecessary tests/treatments. The staff is very attentive and efficient too. I'm happy to recommend DVH!
