There are no words to say how much I value the service of Crossroads , Dr.Gupta is the kindest, most caring, most knowledgeable vet. His service to the customers and their pets is beyond exemplary!His staff are so caring and kind,always cheerful and happy to greet you when you arrive. Dr. Gupta and staff go out of their way to accommodate all emergencies in a fast and efficient way! I have been so very lucky to have had Dr. Gupta look after my 2 geriatric cats!

Awesome vet clinic. Have dealt with all the vets and they are all amazing. Staff is very polite. Very busy clinic but is organized. Would highly recommend.

I am appalled at how this vet handled our situation. It was a choice of either a $1200 surgery or death.. A family who has no credit cards and lives on a very tight budget had to choose to euthanize our dog because we couldn't afford the surgery! The doctor heard our financial concern and couldn't/wouldn't allow a payment arrangement for surgery to be done. As if I wanted to put our fur baby down!!! However that was the only option. Then she had the guts to offer an overnight stay at a Lethbridge ICU vet for $300 a night to help make a choice, like she didn't hear us making this difficult decision based on our financial situation... Absolutely disgusted I had to put my dog down because of a financial situation and there was no other options they could of offered to let my fur baby live... All she wanted in life was snuggles and love. She would have lived just fine after the surgery. This Dr should be ashamed that 2 boys lost their dog because they wouldn't allow a payment option!

We want everyone to know how much we love Crossroads. All of the staff are wonderful and the care that our 2 dogs & 2 cats received was second to none. We are extremely sad now that we have moved away; one of our concerns is if we'll ever be able to find a vet hospital that even comes close to the quality of care at Crossroads. Thanks a million! You guys are definitely a 5-star team!!

I take all my pets to Crossroads! We moved to Dr. Gupta when Bob Fisher retired and the bunch who took over nearly killed our dog. Dr. Gupta is a knowledgable, kind Vet, who listens to the owners concerns. Explanations are clear, treatment options given. Came in on a Sunday when our poor dog got grievously ill and assisted us to make the hard decision we had to make. The clinic staff is professional, and all are friendly. I have only one concern...and that is they are all dedicated and will burn out and we'll be stuck with the ****s at Valley.

I am simply IN LOVE with the fabulous folks at Crossroads Animal Hospital. I have had pets my entire life and have had any number of vets. I`ve had all kinds of experiences ranging from so-so to a nightmare, until I met Dr. Gupta. I am facing a move 3 hours out of Medicine Hat in the hear future, but I will travel back to have my precious Labradoodles seen by Dr. Gupta and his caring staff. Dr. Gupta simply has the most wonderful bed-side-manner, if you will. He remembers every detail about your pets and he truly, truly cares for the animals in his care. All the staff at Crossroads are absolutely top notch. I am so, so pleased that I found this clinic for my pampered pooches. For a wonderful, caring and thorough small town vet clinic experience with big city knowledge and resources, there really is not other choice in Medicine Hat other than Crossroads Animal Hospital and the fantastic Dr. Gupta! :)

I left Crossroads Animal Hospital extremely upset today. I have two lab puppies and brought them in for an appointment. Prior to my coming, a lady had brought her cat into the waiting room. When I walked into the waiting room my puppies were very excited to see the cat. I took a seat on the opposite side of the room to ensure the cat would not be upset, to which the very rude receptionist asked me to take my dogs outside and wait there until the vet could see them. As a customer who pays hundreds of dollars to ensure the optimal health of my pets, I expect to have access to a waiting room when it is minus ten degrees outside. If having cats and dogs in the waiting room at the same time is seen a such problem, then they ought to schedule appointments around that, or have separate entrances.

This is a very nice clinic with a great vet-Dr. Gupta, and great staff. I was worried about my cat and was probably being a bit difficult but everyone was so kind. The front desk staff were helpful and answered all my questions, and Dr Gupta is so knowledgable and patient. A very good experience in every way. Also the clinic doesn't smell like they usually do- it smells so nice there. It doesn't feel like a vet clinic. It has an attractive interior and is always very clean.

I took my sick 6 month old puppy there and they were very understanding and helpful. Dr. Gupta diagnosed and prescribed her illness. She is all better now!! This is a very good vet and I'm so happy my puppy goes here!!!

There is simply nothing but praise to spread about the Doctors and staff here! They are such wonderfully kind, sincere and compassionate professionals. Your pets are in simply outstanding hands here as they all wear their hearts on their sleeves!! We cannot say enough and encourage all to visit and see for yourselves! The people are amazing at this clinic, the amount of care and thorough attention they give my pets is beyond anywhere I have ever been. The doctors make sure I understand exactly what's going on, and what my best options are. Very impressed! Thank you!

Wonderful clinic to visit! Staff is very polite, helpful, welcoming and all round passionate about there job. Facility is very clean. The doctor is the best I have ever seen. He is gentle and calm with the animals and very professional. Highly recommend this clinic!

I love this clinic. Everytime I walk in there with my pet, everyone is helpful, caring and empathic. I know that when I take my pet there. it is getting the best care possible. As long as I have a pet I will continue to go there. The staff went above and beyond what they needed to when my cat was sick. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and thorough. He cares about my animals and it shows. The staff make me feel very welcome and look after all of my pets and my needs.

I like dthe clinic at first, you do get a good deal for your $ BUT, my dog is high anxiety there b/c everytime he goes there he smells other animals and mainly they jab him with needles so he hates it there, thus he barks and wont stay still, he has NEVER tried ti bite or hurt anyone there and last time I went they basically told me not to bring him back if he was going to act that way and he did nothing wrong except be nervous and for good reason, Barb the secretary was very nasty to me on more than one ocasion and if I owned the place she wouldn't be working for me thats for sure. The female vet was pretty good but it seemed like she gets the other staff to do her nasty talk for her. I was NOT impressed there today and won't ever be going back!

Very nice clinic, and an overall great experience. It is a huge comfort to know my dogs will have the veterinary care they deserve. I have gotten to know Dr Gupta and let me tell you he cares about your pet. I have not met all the staff, but Barb is great, so I'm positive the others are as well. Extremely busy clinic but it's clean and smells great in there.
