AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! George, the assistant there with the tattoos on his arms, is extremely rude and will NOT hesitate to argue with you, even though he is unmistakably wrong. He says one thing but says another later on and refuses to acknowledge what he said in the first place. I suggest recording conversations with him. He always has to have the last word as well. Seriously? He would rather have an argument with you than make an appointment. Is he trying to drive customers away? He has NO sense of customer service and couldn't care less if you go there. He always seems to be in a bad mood. I seriously think something is wrong with him mentally.
The vet is no better. He doesn't make eye contact, doesn't say hi or bye, doesn't make small talk, and makes you feel like s___t! I also wonder if his license is up to date because he sometimes doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Thanks to him, my dog developed an infection and when I confronted him about it, he brushed it off!!

Yes, this doctor also killed my 4 year old cat due to his lack of knowledge. Don't use him unless you don't care if your animal lives if it gets sick.

Dr. Horovits seems to be not even close to what we believe has to be an "animal doctor". I don't know where he got his license but please, don't let him to take care of your loved one pet. We already did this mistake and payed the price: our young cat is dead. All I have to say about this "doctor" is that he has no knowledge, dishonest and indifferent person who doesn't care about animals at all!
