I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and compassion exhibited by both the doctors and staff at this veterinary clinic. I feel compelled to share my experience.
Regarding the issue with Daisy's deafness, I had specifically requested to see a specialist, and it was not suggested by Dr. Bullard or Ajay Bhullar despite mentioning multiple times her issues with her ears, the first time Dr. Bullar checked them and said they were fine, my friend who was with me also commented that they should remove the hair in her ears and he said “no it’s there for a reason” another time when I was seen by Dr. Ajay he suggested an ear wash and some drops which did not improve her inflammation. When I suggested to see a specialist there were delays in transferring Daisy's medical records to the specialist clinic. Additionally, while there is an appointment scheduled in May, the process of arranging it was unnecessarily arduous.

I visited this clinic for 7th years with my dog Copper. Of course they was friendly but my dog was healthy. I visited this clinic in August because my dog stop eating and drinking. They gave him medication. Anyway he doesn't respond to this medication. I returned to the clinic 3 days later and met with Dr B (owner)and told him my concerns. I almost begged him if he can help my dog I pay next week. He refused treatment. I toked my poor dog home. I started calling to different clinic and i finnaly found REAL VET.Because Dr B refused treatment for my dog Copper and i founded another vet but it was to late for him. He passed away. Shame on you.!You're not real vet. How could you?Shame shame shame. I never recommend your clinic to nobody!

Wonderful caring staff and excellent care for my dog. He had a liver problem and is now cured. I recommend this clinic. Not sure why there are such negative remarks, I have only had good experiences there.

My friend took their pup 10 weeks old here to have a routine ear cropping and they called him to say sorry the pup died, no reasons as to how and why, nor were they willing to give information, he was not allowed to see the puppy after < they said they would dispose of the body! I cant believe this happened and will be reporting the clinic to Ontario veterinary officials. Please for the love of your pet find a reputable hospital to go too!

The doctors at this clinic are very competent, caring and definitely provide good advice for your pet. Their support staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. Always very good experiences and the prices are very reasonable. You can trust your pet here.

My wife and I took our puppy here today for the first time. Everyone is very nice, especially the doctor and his male assistant. They were very friendly with us and very good with our puppy. Very easy to get an appointment. And very affordable prices. Vet gave us a bunch of free stuff. He was also very knowledagble and answered all the questions we asked him. I Don't understand or agree with these bad reviews. Very recommended by my wife and I.

I can confirm this clinic is the PITS. What makes it so terrible is primarily the support staff. Horrible attitudes, almost gang like. Not sure if any of them ever graduated an animal care program but their behavior is unbelievable. The vet has his head in the clouds. If you don't want to watch your pet suffer/die and if you don't want to deal with the most angry miserable staff....stay far away from this place. Make sure you escalate your concerns to the CVO (College of Veterinarians of Ontario). Hopefully authorities will look into what is happening here and ensure this so-called 'hospital' is no longer in operation. The sooner the better!

RUN AWAY! DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC, THE RECEPTION , MENTIONED IN PREVIOUS REVIEWS IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFEEEE! I don't understand how someone with so much hate in their heart and obvious disregard for human feelings or any emotion is even employed. clearly she must suffer some severe mental instability , but do not go there! btw as she kicked me and my son out of the clinic even tho she was the one yelling, she proceeded to lock the door and say me and my kind are over populating the earth. I am a latino looking woman with my latino son. she is a racist, and has no right to be in any type of the service industry. I WILL BE REPORTING HER TO www.cvo.org and urge other reviewers to do the same.

RUN (don't walk) away from this clinic! The staff as a previous reviewer mentioned are rude, lie & extremely aggressive(with the ring leader being the office manager Julie Bellino) and should never be allowed to work in the veterinary field. The vet is an immigrant who has no clue what occurs in his own clinic nor that the office manager tells patients she is his wife!I wouldn't let these people near a snail nevermind my cat or dog! A very bizarre creepy clinic that needs to be shut down asap!

Excellent place, clean and affordable. My cat was hospitalized for few days and came back home like new!!They even had a specialist come in to see my cat!! Keep up the good work RAH

The absolute worst place to take your pet. Rude unprofessional clinic staff (particularly the office manager Julie Bellino). Stay AWAY. Any positive reviews posted are guaranteed to be written by staff.

I love this place, my cat was getting blocked again and again and was unable to pee,Dr Bhullar did surgery on my cat and he never get blocked again and he is enjoying a happy life. I always take all my pets to this place, staff is awesome and knowledgeable.Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place for your pets.

I like this place. I went there during the week and was taken care by Dr. Bhullar ( The owner) he is O.K short and to the point, I appreciate that since I am very busy. Had to return on the weekend and met Dr. Agnes, who explain to me very meticulously everything, good thing I had time. So you can choose what you need and who you like!!! choices are always good. The staff was friendly, all though you can see they are busy, maybe they need more staff, but in general clean, decent place, prices are average. I felt good about my visit and think they are trust worthy. Try them out.

I found that staff to be very caring, experienced and helpful. The Doc is a quiet fellow, and I am not, so it took me a while to get to know him. I've taken 4 animals in there for the past several years, for everything from routine exams & shots, to emergency care for poisoning & for euthenasia and I sure wish more "people" docs had the kindness & compassion these folks did.

I've only been here once and I haven't encountered anything bad YET. I was referred to this place through another client of theirs and she has never had an issue with her golden retriever. The two hispanic receptionists were extremely polite and I thought the European, female vet that I had was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough while explaining everything to me prior to vaccinating my pup. She did not force any products on me. She made suggestions and answered any questions that I had with regards to her suggestions. Overall, I thought my first visit was lovely and I certainly hope not to encounter any negative experiences which have been shared here. Wish me luck!

I had a horrible experience at this vet. I rescued a perfectly healthy puppy on a Saturday. By Sunday morning the pup was vomitting and had diarrhea. I was nervous and brought the pup to our closet vet because he was open on a Sunday. What a mistake! The vet told us our puppy had parvo. He said he needed to take the puppy and quarantine him. Two hours later we got a call saying that the puppy had died. Our little pup had the parvo vacinnation and was fine on Saturday, so this vet clearly misdiagnosed our puppy with parvo. The foster mother believes it was a reaction to the parvo shot and could have been treated effectively and be alive today. The vet had no compassion at all! Never take your dog there. I can't believe my dog died after one day and I blame it on this vet. Horrible job!!

This clinic was recently purchased by new owners who are inexperienced and clueless, my dog had a heart problem and knowing this from the files they gave him a local without notifying me. My situation was terrible as i left him around 10 am and received a call around noon stating that my dog was dead. If they would not have gave him that local my dog would still be alive! Not to mention he still had a long time to live as he was only a little over one year old.
