If you take an animal there to be neutered, they will try and add extras to your bill....give it shots trim its nails, etc, while its down. Which you did not request them to do..don't pay for the add ons ..tell them thanks for the free stuff. If they give you a hard time just pay them for the neutering--check or cash, don't give them a credit card. Or write a check and do stop payment on it.

They killed my cat when going in for a simple procedure, to be neuter and called to tell me my cat was dead

I have used this clinic for 10 plus yrs. They have a walk in clinic on each Wed. for shots with no office fees. A very good clinic and friendly.
