I CALLED TO BRING MY DOG INTO BEING PUT DOWN, I WAS TOLD AFTER GOING THERE FOR AT LEAST 25YRS OH SORRY WE'RE ALL SLOTTED FOR THE DAY BUT TRY CALLING BACK TOMORROW AND WE CAN MAYBE FIT YOU IN - WE WILL BE FINDING A NEW VET THAT ISN'T A CORPORATION RATHER A CLINIC THAT HAS EMPATHY

Best staff. Always willing to do everything they can to help out. They have stayed after hours for us to help put my dog to sleep when we realized waiting until morning was not fair to the dog. They are kind and gentle and care.
