Was a good clinic until Dr. Harrer came to town. Drive to Omaha you'll pay the same price, but get better service!

This is a mulitiple vet clinic and a good one except for one vet. Dr Darcey Butts needs to go back to vet school or retire. He preg checked my 11 month pregnant miniature donkey and said it was just a hay belly. 2 months later she delivered a little 'hay baby'. This past weekend, my ferret had what seemed like an acute situation and was not able to urinate. We took him to the clinic after hours and Dr. Butts was on call. We left him there to be monitored. Dr Butts called and advised that he had cathed him to relieve his bladder. Not a problem. The problem being his first observation was that he said he had a growth on his **** (j hook type ****) and that it should be removed & he would need a bag. Advised I should think about his quality of life. His unsaid recommendation was that I put him down. Told him to hold off. Next day my ferret was urinating on his own. My ferret is home now & I will be taking him to another vet to check on the real problem. As well as my other animals
