Click to report rating    6/5/14   5     5     5     5   Dr. Mitchell is one of the most caring and well-informed vets I've ever had. She looks at the WHOLE picture of my dog's health: nutrition, exercise, emotional and physical well being. She's honest and doesn't sell you things you don't need. I've never been more happy or satisfied with the care we've gotten. RID: 51976
Click to report rating    11/25/13   1     3     1     3   This doctor is not interested in her patients. She makes you wait 2 weeks to review records and then decides she can't help your pet, all without seeing them. Also, employs and relies on a vet tech who doesn't have listening skills. Really disappointing since good holistic vets are hard to come by. It appears unfortunately that this doc's ego comes before her patients... apparently since we never got in the door. My pet previously treated by the best by Drs. Mayer and Adams, now out of state. I'm sure Mitchell is a good doc., but we will never know. RID: 48448
Click to report rating    9/10/11   1     2     1     1   Expensive!!! Office staff are aloof. They have their "favorite " clients. Immature young female staff. Drs. need to work on people and communication skills with the owners of the animals. Operated on a 16yr. old dog for dental using results from a 2 month old blood teat. Dog died 2 months later with kidney.failure.Should not have performed surgery? RID: 27495
