I have been going to Armstrong Vet for many years with three dogs. Two of my dogs, almost through their entire life. Had teeth cleaning, castrate, spay and surgery on an ear mass, and euthanize. I don't have one bad word to say. The staff are exceptional and so are the vets. A couple of the staff have been there for as long as I have been taking my dogs there.

My husband and I can't say enough about the vet and staff at this clinic. I was very noticeably upset when we brought our dog in yesterday. They made it easier for us by letting us stay out on the grass with George and Dr. Schwieger came out there as George made his final journey.

I brought my cat in with an eye problem and they gave me some antibiotics to put in and said to come back in a week to have them check it again. I went back and in a week and was about 10 mins early for my appointment and they said they couldn't find my appointment in the computer, just to wait and they would get me in. I also showed them the card that they wrote my appointment date and time on. There was only one person in the waiting room at that time. Two more people came in and were sent in in front of me. After a half hour after my appointment time I asked how much longer it would be. She said she would check and left the front office. At this point when she didn't come back after waiting for 5 more mins I left. I will never take my animals there after being ignored and treated as if I was a walk in waiting for an open spot. I was there for a total of 50 mins and not once told how much longer it would be. I can understand if there is an emergency but this was just ignorance.

Ive been bringing my pets here for 20 years. They are compassionate...very professional and willing to work with the client. My animals all love(d) them and we were all treatd with the utmost respect. LOVE THEM!!

DR.LAURA KIEHLBAUCH is my favourite vet. I take all my labs to her. She gives me excellent service and the support staff is friendly and knowlegable. Great vet clinic.
