After a very long wait in the room with the dog, I went to pay my bill the girl who was helping me, Got up and had a 6 to 7 min conversation about personal stuff, (where they went for the night, who was dating who) after about 61/2 mins I went to her, I showed her my credit card so I could pay and get back to work, She "honestly" gave me a look up and down, turned back and started talking again, When she came back to help me, She was as rude as could be, I started to drive off, I went back inside, asked for my dog's file's, She said fine, So I thought I needed to tell the Vet way I was moving vet's. I received my files and left. Talking with a few other friends they said the same thing why they left, They where treated rudely. My 20 mins to pick up med's was 1 hour and 33 mins.
