honestly, this vet blows me away every time i walk through the door. they see how much i care for my sweet dog ruby and they care just as much!

These people don't care about your dog. Money is what drives them. They looked at our dog for literally 2 minutes and charged us 84 dollars. 2minutes! Just to touch his abdomen and ask for more money for xrays. They then asked for 280$ with no assurance that he would be ok. When told we couldn't afford to do it in one payment they sent us on our way, but not before charging us 84$ for doing nothing. These people are crooks.

Having just moved to Courtenay I was stressed about finding a vet. My first pick wasn't a good one and not for lack of research online. It's so hard to tell from reviews. I wanted a vet that's upfront and honest and not just out for money. I don't mind if they're a little more expensive but are trustworthy.

I have dealt with both a cat and dog with cancer in last couple of months .Both Dr ken and his staff have been more than understanding and compassionate.They think about what is best and always keep pets welfare in mind I have been going there for many years now and have never had an issue My kids go there and love the clinic The front end staff all have helped me emotionally deal with many visits to the vet They have been understanding with huge cost in having a large animal family and given me so much I can't even repay their kindness love puntltge vet clinic and everyone who works there Ken Dree Marina and Caroline thank you

Always friendly and professional. We have been seeing Dr.Ken for 13 years with confidence that dogs will be cared for as family.
