The reception staff and techs are fabulous. The facilities are very nice. However, the lead vet is a money grubbing closed minded dog person. My cat was licking her fur raw and throwing up all the time. The lead vet - Stokes? - who was not my nomal vet, screamed at me in front of other customers that I was a bad pet owner and that my cat had these symptoms because she had fleas. Eventhough my very long haired cat had not a single piece of flea dirt in her very thick, very long fur. The vet refused to consider treatment for any other conditions until I paid $100+ for flea treatments first. 30 months of treatment for extensive allergies at the local vet school later, guess who was right and who was wrong?! Do not take your pet here unless you are SURE there is potentially nothing out of the ordinary in terms of conditions that your pet may have. But of course, that is what us non-veterinary trained folks rely on vets for.

We were new clients to this vet and didn't get great care whatsoever! While the facility is exceptional, the wait time and lack of time given to us and our pet was awful! We waited 30 minutes to see the doctor and then the assistant finished our appointment after only speaking with the doctor for 4 minutes. Complete lack of care, respect, and organization would sum up this clinic!
