Took my cat for a dental. We also decided to do blood work, which was good. A month after the dental he was not doing well. I took him for another exam and they did blood work. Red flags, lost almost 2 Lbs and was very dehydrated. In house blood work takes about 15 min. for results. Instead of having us wait incase he needed med. they told me they would call after hours with results. No call, so I called 3 times Sat. always saying too busy will call me. At 11:45 I called again and was upset stating I guess I have to go to another vet. because they still could not tell me results. Mon. morn. went to another vet found out his hct went from 45.7 to 17.7. Down to 15 looking at blood trans. He could of been dead by Tues with no help! They also pers. clavamox 125mg twice a day instead of 62mg. Worst O.M he could never answer any of my questions, tried diff times to get answers. He also told me to get over it!! Worst nightmare ever. My baby did end up dying.

My favorite thing about Dr. Billiar is her compassion for animals of all kinds. I always have and always do recommend her to my friends that have animals. If you're having a problem with your pet and anything can be done, you can bet that Dr. Billiar can do it. She treats all kinds of animals.

I tried very hard to like office (the employees and the services they provide). Unfortunately, I have yet to leave the office without being over charged and having to make a return trip to have it fixed. I've been charged for medicine that wasn't even given or prescribed to me. I've also been charged for extra boarding nights. At the new location they started to board dogs. I used them once and it was a mediocre experience (nothing special). I recently called about boarding again. Not my ideal boarding situation, but it was the only place that worked for me logistically. I was then told that they do not take dogs my size any more (they won't take any dog over 30 pounds). Maybe they should change their website to reflect that? When I called to have my pet's shot records faxed to another boarder, the women was incredibly rude, told me they would be on the way and hung up on me!
I will never take my pets there again nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.
