Vets don’t know what they’re doing, they only care about money. Killed my healthy 6 year old dog by overdosing him. Search up the history of the owner before you come into that hospital

Dr Z was over 24 minutes late to my appointment. I could hear her gossiping with staff in the back. Seems very unprofessional and very, very overpriced. This Dr did also not have friendly bed side manner. She seemed afraid of my dog. Will never go back.

never coming back to this place again, went in for an annual check up, and dental cleaning they ended up charging me $800
the vet recommended an dental cleaning witch she needed, vet said it would take 10 mins to clean and 1hour for my dog to wake up and be ready to go home.So we decided to wait around.
1 hour later they come and tell us the vet wouldn't be able to get to her right away and if we minded waiting another hour, at this point i had already paid for everything (check up, shots, dental cleaning anail expression all $530)
still sitting in the waiting room we ended up waiting 3hours until I had to inquirer about my pet they told me that i had to pay before they would release my dog to me and that i had to pay another $300 because they forgot to charge me for the anaesthesia and that they had to pull 2 of my dogs teeth out for being "rotten" and that i had to pay for the medication.
terrible service, never coming here again.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this clinic! To say they over charge is ridiculous. In all fairness their fees are quite reasonable for Etobicoke/Toronto area. Dr. M has been patient and accommodating. I actually feel bad that this clinic has bad reviews both here and Google. They really aren't that bad!
