I brought my dog in for her yearly shots and inquired about getting her spayed. I asked the doctor how much it would be and she told me the lady out front at the desk would let me know and schedule my appointment. I scheduled the appointment and was given a price of $300. I thought this was high considering I could get it done cheaper but whatever I was wanted it done. So I drop the dog off for her bloodwork the day before surgery. When I bring her back the day of surgery I was told it would be over $500. WHAT?!?!?!? I was quoted a price of $300. THen when I wanted my dog back they tried to charge me $190 for the bloodwork. Had I known it was going to be $500 I would have went somewhere else. These people are scam artists. It was their peoples fault they made the mistake of misquoting me but I still have to pay for it. All they did for me was take off the cost of the office visit. Wow so you took of $40 and made a $200 mistake. I will never bring any off my dogs back here

I thought banfield was the best vet in town. There was the pet store and the vet inside! awesome right?! WELL NO! My dog was taken in by someone who was not authorized to do so! i complained that i had an open bill for $123.86 that i was not notified about until a week later telling me i was sent to collections!! i then tried speaking with the practice manager , elga, 3 times! and not once was she professional about it or nice. i explained the problem to her and she told me that they only used the authorization list if i was not available to make medical decisions. i said ok so if surgery was involved, would you ask to see identification? her answer was NO. WHY ARE YOU LYING ELGA??? SHE then insisted i was taking up other clients time and was telling me not to be snippy, um excuse me, did you not just violate the contract i had with you by letting an unauthorized person bring my dog in and create an open bill? i called corporate and i called every week for 2 months and finally i got a
