I agree with the post before mine that this hospital offers great care by way of their hospital staff. In fact, the staff is the only reason I was a client of theirs for so long. Recently though, they seem to have lost sight of the REAL reason why they exist and seem to have given more emphasis to the business of making money. I am not naive. I know that most vet hospitals operate to make a profit, but this place takes it to a whole different level. The office manager is okay with making decisions on euthanizing perfectly healthy pets and the owner herself is illegally taking abandoned pets to the humane society. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Do they practice good medicine, sometimes. is it overpriced? absolutely! Do they operate under the laws of ethics and morality? Absolutely not! I will say a prayer for the management team of this place and you should too!

If you're looking for a good place to take your pet, this is it. The doctors know what they're talking about, the care is awesome, and the staff is second-to-none.
If you're a technician looking for a new job, pass this place by. They'll fire you for having a bad day, and then stop you from collecting unemployment by manipulating the facts so you come out looking like the ****. Professional? NOT!

I have never met a friendlier group of people at an animal hospital. I have been seeing Dr. Earnheart for over 20 years with my pets, and have been impressed with their service and compassion evertime.

Completely agree with the review before mine in that the manager doesn't give a rat's ass about your pet. I took my dog there to get groomed. They called me in FOUR HOURS to go pick her up. I picked my dog up, got home and found out that they had cut one of her nails way to short, it was bleeding. It wasn't a small scrape by any means, it was like half of the quick was cut off. Then they obviously got scared and did not cut any of the other nails. When I went back to the hospital, they told me that they just cut the other ones very very little, and cut this one a little shorter. They said it was MY FAULT because they cut the nails very short, and on the way to my car, the friction from the ground caused her to bleed. So now they're blaming me, and when I said that's not possible, then they start telling me that all dog groomers make dogs bleed.. it is very normal and should happen all the time. DON'T LET THESE SCAMMERS HURT YOU PET LIKE THEY HURT MINE!!!

My Chameleon developed sudden kidney failure on a Sunday, and no emergency vet would treat him. A great vet, familiar with Chameleons, has been working out of this clinic, and I called Monday to see if he was working.
He wasn't, I got the clinic owner, and she plainly didn't care about my animal. She bilked me for 400 dolars, literally gave my animal no treatment, did not read his file, and was rude to my Fiance. The did nothing but throw him in an incubator and bill me for letting him die there. Seems to be a great canine vet, who actually cares about dogs and her owners, but don't bring herps here if you want them treated.
