Horrible experience and unprofessional staff. We came in with our cat who had been hit by a car. We brought her in and it took about 45 minutes just for a technician to come take a look at her. When Dr. Huitt finally came in he immediate grabbed our cat by the neck and dragged her across the table. After more waiting Dr. Huitt comes back saying it is a femur fracture that requires surgery. Dr. Huitt says we can drop her back off in the morning. He was very rude and closed down. He insisted blood be taken that night because the next day was his day off and he did not want to come in to do the surgery if the blood work came back bad. We decided to leave and was told we would get a call Monday so we could bring the cat in for surgery. It took over a week to call us back just to say that Dr. Huitt is not available for surgery until mid January. They were willing to let a cat with a shattered leg to be in pain for a month before operating.

I have been going to this facility since they open about 2 years ago. I have to say I have been very pleased with the way myself and my pets have been treated and the prices are reasonable. Also they have recently gone to be a 24 hour clinic which makes me soooo happy.
