Dr. Otto and his staff are the most caring Vet group I have ever encountered. They always give their all and give the best care in every circumstance. There has never been a time that I couldn't get one of my furries in to see them within a matter of hours, or sooner if necessary. Dr. is a *hands on* Vet and his love of animals is so obvious. The prices are very reasonable for such excellent care also. I recently had to let my old dog go and Dr. Otto made it such a peaceful passing and cried right along with me. He has a huge heart of gold! I would recommend him (and I do!!) to anyone who wants a Vet that truly cares. His staff made me so comfortable the 1st day I walked in, and from that day on, I knew I had found the best. I'm so grateful for all they do. Thank you, Dr. Otto!! Sally G
