Waited 2hours for walk in visit . The problem was later walk ins taken before me. The Nurse excuse was some animals do not need as much care as others . My thoughts are the lesser care animals still take up an examine room an the turn over rate in the waiting room was 20-30 minutes. You do the math I should have been in one of those waiting rooms after waiting 2hours more so than those who wait he's 15-20 minutes.

Unfortunately I did not have Dr. Chet come out to my place, they sent "Dr. D" instead, my sheep was not treated correctly and I had to go through another vet. Sheep would have died if I followed his advice. Poor experience.

I've been with them so many years, I lost count. They are the best, most caring office for my fur babies ever!! Dr. Chet knows all six of my babies by name, and remembers their particular "issues" very well. The whole staff makes you feel like family!! :)
