Hello I have a two year old boxer named bentley from day one we took him to lomsnes and at first everything was great i knew they over charged but i was ok with it because I thought they had good service. 6 months in they make us go on hypoallergenic food because some boxers have a tough time with regular food. 1 year anf 2 months old we take bentley into them because he started vomiting they do blood work and say it's pancreatis and we pay the over priced bills this happens 3-4 times. Lisa blames us for switching his food becauae his hypo was really high fat saying it's our fault hes sick so we pay the bill put him back on hypo then next time he gets sick we took him to fish creek in Calgary. Amazing service they had him in told us they've never heard of a year old dog with pancreatis so they did an x-ray and find a forgein body lodged in his stomach at this point he's lost 30 pounds you can see every bone In his body 1000 word limit continued. ..

I have taken 3 cats there over the years and love the staff but found out they were the most expensive clinic.I am on a fixed income and while I hated to have had to switch to another vet.

Always had excellent care here - nice docs and staff, good facility, etc., but I had to eventually go elsewhere as they were friggin' bankrupting me! It was always good care though, so thanks for that, Lisa and staff!

Best Ever, Always. We have been going here for the last 5 years with our Jack and cats, such good care and services. They are always looking to improve as well as keeping up with technology. We have never had a bad experience here. Even out Jack loves the staff, even if he is a little scared when he goes. He is always met with other friendly dogs. 5/5 Excellent

I have taken my dog here for the past 3 years even though it is an hour away and there are much closer facilities. Both vets I have dealt with are extremely accomodating in fitting us in on short notice and have worked hard to ensure my dog receives only the necessary treatment despite having a list of medical problems. Sure the costs are high, but I have seen the exact opposite, and trust me, if you have any love for your animal, you will pay a few extra dollars to have stuff done correctly and safely.

Very caring staff. I know my dog is in excellent hands at all times. The veterinarians (all 3 - Dr. Cathy, Dr. Lisa, and Dr. Hailey) are all knowledgable and make great effort to ensure my pooch is well cared for. In addition, the clinic has lots of modern technology and staff clearly keep up to date with the most recent developments in vet medicine. I highly recc this clinic.

Switched to Lomsnes VH from another Vet in 2008. So glad we did! Sure sometimes the wait time is longer than we would like,but the Dr's & staff are concentrating on other clients. When Lisa & Haley & staff are with us they concentrate on US. There's a lot of questions & tests suggested, but they are just covering all the bases. That is their job after all. Same as an MD or RN would do for people. We find the prices comparable to other Vets, some things are more expensive yet others are not. With 2 rambunctious Boxers with crazy allergies,we've had our share of showing up unannounced "Something wrong! Please help us" and they ALWAYS do- happily! That means something in my book! Don't settle for less, your pets are worth it and so are you.

The staff are caring, kind, knowledgable and very helpful. Facilities are well laid out and exceptionally clean. Prices are higher than some but well worth the expense for the exceptional care, knowledge and skills.
