I would have thought the appointment to me quick and painless but instead we had to wait for the vet and my cat was only getting more and more anxious as time went on. Because the vet was only just then reading through the history and trying to figure out the dates and whatnot, when she could have done that before i arrived with kitty. Even though when i scheduled it i specified everything she would need because i had already asked my last vet. The exam went horribly and they basically told me they don't want to see my cat again unless it's sedated. all because she took too long to get to the actual examination.

I love the vets here, but do have an issue with the money.. I do think that they are here to help the animals but are also in it for more and more money.. I am a single mom that does not and definitely can not work, and here its all about the money not really helping a family out. I do understand that if you own an animal there will be costs associated with it.

Never have had a bad experience here. The vets are great. Only thing that could be improved is the punctuality, have always had to wait a little for my scheduled appointments but love the staff and overall great experience!

It all depends which vet you get as to what type of service you get. Barb is fantastic but many of the younger 'new' vets try to pick your pocket with numerous unnecessary procedures (but make you feel they are necessary if you really love your pet) to drive up the bill. A simple check up can quickly add up to numerous hundreds if you dont know or pay attention and get caught up in urgency to help your pet.

Over the years I have had good and not so good visits. But all in all they care about your pet. Just wished that they had more small animal Vets here.Spring time is when I have the most issues with this clinic. They care more about the farmers and the cows..
