Click to report rating    12/21/12   5     5     5     3   I've taken my dog to VAC twice for an emergency, and seen Dr. James Cellini both times. The front desk woman is friendly, the techs are nice and comforting and Dr. Cellini is knowledgeable and caring. He doesn't rush you, and takes his time looking at all possibilities and doesn't recommend unnecessary services. If you take your pet there before 7:00pm you only pay regular prices. After 7:00pm the prices go up and the visit is treated at emergency rates. RID: 39198
Click to report rating    8/17/10   1     3     1     1   Avoid them. Their main concern is money. Just before our dog was diagnosed with diabetes, my wife took her in for an examination. The “vet” said the dog was depressed and charger her $300. When I got home, we returned, demanded and got our money back. The manager tried intimidation and brought in the “vet” to confront us. It didn’t work. Even though he wasn’t a duck, he was still a quack. RID: 19274
Click to report rating    1/17/09   1     1     1     1   My daughter was caring for my african grey and the grey got sick. I was out of town and told her to take the bird here, as we used to see this vet for it's regular care. They refused to look at the bird because we had no appointment, they told my daughter to go all the way across town to a vet we had never been to. The bird died on the way. The particular vet we used to see was there and available which is the bad thing. Yeah, I got a call after I complained from the owner that he was so sorry they messed up. This is the worst and most overpriced place we ever went to--stay away. RID: 11268
