I have been taking my little Pom to Dr.K for the last 3 years. He genuinely really loves my dog and is always gentle and nurturing with him. Their prices are very fair and I've never felt like I was over paying for a service. Dr. K is also available day and night when I've called with a concern. Would definitely recommend.

has been to this veterinary clinic last week, vet there is really good and compassionate, front staff is really helpful and gives me all information on my first visit for my new puppy.

The service i have received for my two cats from Napa Valley Animal Hospital has exceeded my expectations. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The Vet is the nicest guy you'd meet, he genuinely cares about your animals health. Sure the place could do for some aesthetic upgrades but i'm happy to see my money going quality vet care and products then to fancy paint. And as an added bonus the vet is there for you when you need him most, like when my cat fell down 1 story and needed urgent care!

1 of the worst clinics I've come across in Canada or America. Check before bringing a pet here because it seems the vet has had criminal charges filed in the past and had to do service. Find another vet. I've called 2 days in a row to get results of a test (on cat) and told repeatedly I'll be called when the vet is ready. Stay away

So why all the negative comments? Because they are all true. I've had several pets in my lifetime & moved residences 5 times. Each time I've changed veterinarians to be closer to home. Through experience, I have had better vets! Both Doctors stress out my cat. Ds. K & S are ROUGH and unprofessional when handling my old cat. Told him many times to be gentle! I would never clean a wound for my 3 kids like the way he did! He made his healing wound worse & said he needed sutures however they were closing and because of Canada Day Weekend I had to come in the following Monday. Yes Monday folks. My cat doesn't need stiches...it's a superficial skin wound so is it really necessary? And what's the cost? Facility is unsanitary (exam table) & sometimes they don't wear gloves. Only satisfactory points: Staff is friendly, accommodating & take you in on short notice. Doctors are ok with vaccinations only. For 8 yrs,I've given them the benefit of the doubt...yesterday was my last day.

I have never had a problem with this clinic or the vets. I have 8 cats, all spayed and neutered by these vets with a 10 % multi cat discount. When my mama cat had her babies in my house, DR MD drove over to my house free of charge brought some nursing food for my mama cat and checked out the babies. They are two gentle soft spoken vets who have a genuine love for animals. I buy my pet food there also and when its not a pay week, he lets me take a bag and pay him later. So i really dont know where these negative comments are based on. Its not been my experience in the past 5 years.

These doctors are inexperienced and do not know what they are doing. They both have their vet licenses suspended for improper treatment of animals. They do not have qualified staff working. Stay very far away from this clinic!!

I came from out of town and ran out of alergy medication, had prescription faxed but it didn't work so then emailed over, they kept me waiting 45 minutes, then over charged by 300% what I usually pay for the medication. On top of that I needed 15 days (15 pills) and they gave me 10 days worth and told me that is what the prescription said, so I went in again after 10 days and had prescription sent for 5 days... then they told me it wasn't enough and I had no choice but buy 15 days worth as a minimum. I was furious but my hands were tied as dog really needed it... so again spent 3x the amount I usually paid. During all of this the lady at the counter asked the doctor 2 times if the amount paid was ok and he mumbled that it was because I didn't have an account with them... so I know they were over charging. No sympathy, did not care about my dog at all... just making a quick buck. Dr. A.S.S, and Dr. Khaka are exactly that... please go anywhere else if you love your pet.

I have been going to this clinic for 3 years, first I went to this clinic for an emergency at 11 pm, Doctor came all the way from his home just for me, He was so compassionate and delt so good that since then I bring my 2 dogs here I also reffered this clinic to my friends and family now we all come to Napa Valley Animal Hospital. Dr MD is a great doctor.

This clinic was recommended to me by my best friend, and I also like this clinic as Doctors always explain what they want to do and why they want to do, They never force to go for expensive stuff and are very affordable.I am lucky to have them to take care of my 2 cats and a poodle.

Great place to get my pets treated, doctors always explain what to do and why to do, not just do the things and give you the bill.Most important that doctors are very compassionate and animal lovers and least expensive. I recommended this clinic to all my friends and relatives thats why we all go there.

Took my dog there for euthanasia.The vet is not compassionate at all.The staff does not how a deal with a person in grief.NOT RECOMMENDED.

WORST CLINIC. If you have any respect or love for your pets, FIND ANOTHER CLINIC. The staff are UNEDUCATED. The doctors routinely perform procedures without the use of gloves and the rooms are not sanitized properly. I have even been told one of the staff members has actually eaten her lunch inside the operation room while a neuter was going on. Save yourself the money, the pain and the aggravation!

DO NOT BRING YOU SMALL DOGS HERE PLEASE!!!! I had my dog neutered and they put a cone on his head that was too small - I even told Dr. Sani and he advise it should be fine, the second time I went I advised him that again he was using it to scratch the area and again WAS TOLD it should be fine. HE NOW HAS AN INFECTION AND I HAD TO REITERATE THIS, HE WAS GOING TO PULL HIS STITCHES OUT ANYWAY MY DOG WAS SCREAMING I HAD TO ASK HIM TO STOP - I AM FURIOUS. I NOW AM TOLD TO GO BACK FOR THE LARGER CONE AND MY DOG ALSO DEVELOPED AN EYE INFECTION AFTER THIS NEUTERING. THEY ACTUALLY EXPECTED ME TO PAY $84 FOR PRESCRIPTION - I BROKE OUT IN A RAGE, IT WAS THERE FAULT. I LEFT AFTER THEY DID ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE INFECTION WAS DUE TO THE NEUTERING AND THAT THE EYE INFECTION COULD HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY HAIR AROUND THE EYE AND NOT BY THE SCRATCHING BECAUSE THE CONE WAS TOOO SMALL. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND AGRIVATION AND AVOID NAPA VALLEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!

DO not take your pets to this vet. All he wants is your money and will risk your pet's health to get it. Does not care and gets confrontational when you challenge him or ask him questions. Go elsewhere, anywhere else.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!! My cat was brought here after being run over by a car nearby. She was badly injured with a dislocated hip but the doctor told us she would be fine if we were to go ahead with a $1500 surgery. Needing a 2nd opinion, we took her back to our own vet who told us that even if her hip could be fixed, there was too much SEVERE nerve damage where she'd never be able to pee/poo/walk on her own. Decided to put her down in the end but not after having to pay $600 for keeping her at Napa Valley Animal Hospital for 3 days! Really wish I got an accurate diagnosis to begin with as to avoid any further pain and unnecessary money spent.

I took my dog to see her vet 2 1/2 weeks ago as she was having trouble breathing. Dr.Saini suggested an X-ray, blood test and charged for an examination. $250 she was still not breathing comfortably and he told me that he doesn't know what's wrong with her. He nor his staff ever called to find out how she's doing after her visit. I called him yesterday as I was very concerned as my dog is getting worse and she started throwing up. I waited for 3 hours, no call back. I finally called back and he picked up and told me the clinic is closed and to call back tomorrow. I told him I called during clinic hours and no one called me back, he said he didn't get the message and I need to call back during clinic hours. I pleaded with him to listen as he already ran the tests, found nothing but she's very ill he still repeated "ma'am, you will have to call back during clinic hours". As far as I'm concerned, he does not care about animals or he would've listened when a dog is having trouble breathing
