I have been taking my dog "Charley" to see Dr. Kundlas for the past year. My husband and I are very pleased with the service and care of our pet. Charley has had surgery performed and everything turned out perfect. Dr. Kundlas and his staff are professional, kind and caring. I would recommend Murrayville Animal hospital to everyone. Thanks Dr. Kundlas.

We have taken our dog here a number of times and have found the Dr and staff both caring and attentive. No major surgeries but a couple of day procedures. Our dog has always recovered healthy and happy from their care.

Took all of my pets there for the forst time with the understanding that it would be a check up and flea treatment. None of them got checked over and when he gave them the flea medication it ran down their back! Including the 3 month old kitten I had and they could reach it when grooming themselves! He had an old towel on the exam towel (wtf) and all my animals left feeling extremely anxious and stressed out. Not a good experience at all. I was so upset at the whole thing. Never once actually introduced himself and acted afraid of my dogs. He kept continuously yelling to 'hold the head' while applying their flea meds.

Have visited this facility on multiple occasions with different pets and have had all positive experiences. Dr Kundlas and staff have shown caring and respect to all of our pets.

I took my dogs to this clinic with specific instructions on what to do, the vet performed the wrong surgery. When confronted with this he denied making a mistake. And falsified the paper work in order to put the blame on myself. I would NEVER recommend this vet. Service and business practices are poor.

I have been in this clinic more than once for my dogs since it is close to home. The vet is hard to understand as his english is broken. It is nice that you can come at late hours, however every time I have come in the vet barely looks at my dog. The vet just says they need antibiotics. Really wish they would do a better assessment with my concerns. Found it expensive too, just to get something looked at briefly.

We have been coming to this Clinic for 2 years now and I must say they are the best clinic by far. Our dog had a severe pancreatitis attack that could have been fatal. The doctor stayed overnight to make sure our boy was monitored. He managed to pull through only because of the extra care that was provided to him. We had to put our Beloved cat of 19 years to sleep and it was done with the utmost compassion and empathy and at the most reasonable price available anywhere.Thank you, Dr.Gurnham and your staff for the outstanding care!

This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. When we took our family dog there because she wasn't able to pee we were very short on cash my parents had both just lost their jobs so we couldn't afford much. We told him our situation and he was very understanding. He gave us a discount on the medication we needed and kept our dog over night for a more than reasonable price. He took us to the back and showed us the x-rays so we could see for ourselves what was going on. My dog left the next day healthy and happy. She did not seem stressed out from her vet visit as she had been previously at a different vet. I will not take my animals anywhere else!

We have found this clinic to be quite deceptive in it's practices. In November of 2013 we purchased a beautiful kitten from this clinic. The purchase price was not cheap ( $300 plus)but supposedly included first shots and having the kitten spayed at 5 months of age. Well, we had the cat spayed today and the vet charged us for various hidden fees. We do not trust this clinic and would not return for any service here. It seems to be a money grab.

Definitely felt like this guy was trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. The diagnosis changed about 4 times during the visit. Would not visit this place again.

This is a GREAT place!! saved my dogs life when he was attacked at the dog park!! Let me pay when i had the funds!! The vet is super loving n caring & a great man! A little hard to understand but explains great!! HIGHLY recommended!! I bring the vet chocolate now a year later as i appreciate what he did for me n my family member "buster"

I went in to get my dog dewormer as she had tapeworms, probably from all the rabbit poo she eats outside, and I figured I would get her examined as well, it was a reasonable price for $25. The vet barely got a look at her bum and told me that she needs her anal glands done, he was very hard to understand and after constant recommendation I said If it needed to be done than ok. I asked him to check her legs and he made my dog scream, telling me I need to get X-rays. I went home and pushed on her legs myself all over and there was no pain. I'm fairly sure the vet was just trying to grab as much money as he could and by that he ended up hurting my dog. I am disgusted with the way my animal was treated and would never go back.

The best place I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff is so caring and compassionate. I had to take one of my two dogs there for a surgery. The vet explained everything in great detail and the surgery was a complete success. The staff is very knowledgable and the prices are reasonable too. And they didnt charge me any emergency charges for bringing my dog in at quarter to 12(midnight) :D I love this place and would recommend it to everyone. And not to forget, this clinic is always super clean and hygeinic (unlike the previous clinics I have been to)

We made an appointment to have our dog spayed and were quoted $98. When we arrived they started selling the extra services -no problem, up sells are part of business and I can accept that, as long as we have the option to decline them and we did. 2 hours later we received a phone call that they will not operate our dog because we did not take any of the extra service's!!! Yes, they had all sorts of excuses like "Oh, the receptionist didn't know that these are required" etc. Nice enough people, but terrible business practices! I made an appointment with the competitor and had great service without needing to pay for the extra's.
