I have brought my pets here for years and have noticed lately Dr Koos is losing it. He cannot remember who your pet is, what they are there for or how much medicine to give. The staff are all mostly friendly but you can tell they have to try to help him out with stuff he should do himself. Dr. Morag is very good. Ask to see her instead so you get the quality care your pet deserves!!!

We have entrusted the veterinary care of our various animals to this clinic for 18 years now. The staff is fabulous and have proven to be compassionate beyond belief when we have had to say goodbye to several dogs over time. Dr. McMurray is our current vet. She goes beyond the call of duty in diagnosis, is a brilliant surgeon and a master at helping a family through difficult decisions. Regarding the appearance of the clinic...older but immaculate. Our dogs have never really been terribly selective with regard to interior design anyway.

We have been using this vet since 2009. I cannot express how wonderful they are ! They are truly there for the animals. Is their waiting room fancy ? NOPE ! Know Why ? Because your pet does not care what the colour is ! They are professional, courteous , and always make time for all of our pet needs. If I could rate them higher than 100%, I would !

I have been coming here since 2005, front arrival staff are welcoming for non urgert care, but if you and animals are under destress they are compassionate to all. Located in the middle of no where, but the owner lives very close by, which makes me feel confortable if services are needed. The building is older but is clean. My animals have never developed an infection from procedures done, so universal cleaning and sterilizing must be followed. Dr Koos is the best, as my littles are getting older and may need a softer touch, he is the man that i turn too. As for payments the costs are similar to most. Give then a try

Doctor McMurray is a dream . The facility and staff are warm and friendly and know your pets. It's not new and shiny but it's a vet clinic not a restaurant. The person who had a problem with the tattoos should move themselves out of the 1950's. Nothing to do with the quality of care.

WORST experience I've ever had with a vet clinic. The employees are covered in tattoos, the building is very old and not maintained and while I was in the building waiting for my appointment one of the staff members said out loud infront of clients that she was going out for a smoke before it got hectic. I also waited along time for my appointment while the receptionist had her back to me. The equipment is all very old and rusted as well. I would not recommend this clinic at all.

I have been taking my furbabies here for about 20 years, the staff are friendly, sympathetic and terrific with animals of all kinds. Have never had any negative interactions and my animals love Dr Kooz.

I was completely dumbfounded to arrive at the Vet clinic and see one of the female employees smoking pot in the parking lot before her shift. I mentioned it to the doctor and left it at that. I have since been back and the employee is still there. I find this behaviour completely unacceptable in a work place and while working with animals .I would not want her assisting in any sort of procedure with my family pet.

I have always brought my pets to Dr. Koos and have never been disappointed. The staff are informed and helpful, and Dr. Koos has always answered all my questions. The services for what you bring your pet in for are always presented as options and I have never felt pressured into any expensive tests. Love it!

Dr. Koos is my little families hero! O, and another woman who was able to insert in i.v. into my little babies arm(1 pound Chihuaua,she will be 3.5 full grown) even thoguh the Dr. didnt think it to be possible. We rushed our sugarplum to this hospital as Id used it in the past for my cat and found thm very affordable. The day we brought in Sugarplum,at first we were met with a slacked additude, but once I broke down and STRESSED my dog was dying in my arms, Dr Koos came IMMEDIATLY and took control. Though some up front money was asked for, I understood as their ''colatteral', my baby, was not doing so well, although in the end I saved big bc Dr Koos under quoted me,but said he wouldnt charge me the difference. Id have paid ANYTHING to save her,and bc of Dr Koos, we are the happiest people alive. Our baby is now going on 2.5 pounds :), she is an angel, and thnaks to Dr Koos and staff, we have many more years to love and enjoy our precious angel! O, she was hypoglicemic, VERY DANGEROUS!!
