I have never met such an arrogant, impatient, rude, uncaring and bad tempered vet EVER. This guy has serious issues. I would not trust a dog with him. I had gone to the clinic when they had a decent female yet. Apparently he is the only one there now. I walked out with my pooch. Very unprofessional and the place is a dump.

The vets really go the distance for your pet. I've been taking my dog here for a few years and the staff has always been so helpful and go out of their way.

Have always taken my 2 dogs there for 12 years. Always know them/me by name when i call and have always treated them in the friendliest manner. Dr. Schembri has spent numerous hours with me on the phone long after his clinic has closed explaining in detail what is wrong with my pet and what is needed. What i respect most is that they never push services on me. They make recommendations but understand that sometimes treatment isn't affordable. I recently had to put one of my dogs down and the empathy and sympathy i got from every employee at this clinic gave me a lot of comfort. I continue to take my one remaining dog to them.

I was buying 2kilo bag of diet pet food for my old cat from them. The amount I paid didn't look right so I asked for the invoice and found that the lady at the front desk charged me for 4.5 kilo bag instead of 2kilo, probably thinking that I didn't know how much things cost. While I was looking at the invoice, the next customer told her she gave her less change than she should have. I reported this to the "male vet", Saverio Schembri - the owner. NEXT: He accused me of all possible things - me being rude, confusing his staff members, having trust issues, wasting his valuable time, etc. He refunded the price difference and told me to find another vet. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE.

I will NEVER EVER AGAIN bring future pets here. They are neglectful and drug pushers in it for the money. My pup had fallen ill and developed pneumonia. I raced to the clinic near closing desperately pleading with the male vet to see my puppy and his exact words were, "We are closing in 10 minutes." Overnight the pneumoia spread to her lungs and she passed the next day. Adding salt to the wound, he held her body when I was told she would be sent for autopsy because I didn't pay my bill at the time of her passing. I was emotionally in shambles, completely broken and could barely stand up when she passed. She was 7 months old. They never called or mailed to tell me I had outstanding payments. A few days later I got a call from the male vet, greeting me with "So when are you going to pay your bills?" saying they still have her body at the clinic. Basically holding her for ransom. PURE EVIL. In it for the money. If you have your pets under their care I BEG YOU, run far away. Please.
