Dr.Sam has looked after my pets for 15 years if not longer. but her staff rarely calls back when they say they will, or they show no compassion. I will say one thing while making an appointment and then receive calls the same day asking about something i had already stated. Dr.Sam is amazing and I will only go to her but her staff could be better

I have to give Lock One clinic a 5 because it's about your pet and you first. It's all about the animal and not about the money. The clinic is spotless, the staff are professional, caring and loving towards all the animals and Dr. Sam was literally born to be a excellent vet.

Sam, Crystal and Sheri all have hearts of gold and love my pets as much as I do. I am incredibly lucky to be a client of Lock One and cannot express in words how wonderful the care is that my cats and dogs have received there. Your rating scale does not go high enough to reflect their competence and caring.

Sam has been caring for my pets for over twenty years. She is an angel. And an excellent vet. I trust her with all of my beloved pets lives.

The best veterinary clinic you could ever take your dog to. Dr. Sam and her staff are excellent and caring. Our dogs are definitely in safe hands when they visit there.

Sam is an awesome veterinarian. She has a calm and caring way about her. It is obvious that she loves her animals, and I am grateful to have such good care for my pets. Her staff are amazing too!

The best vet that anyone (or animal) could ask for! She is absolutely amazing at what she does and will go out of her way to give you and your pet the best care possible!!! I don't think enough people like her exist in the world anymore!! We are so lucky to be able to rely and count on her! Thanks Sam! (there is a reason why she is so busy:)

We can't say enough good things about Dr. Sam. Her sincere, genuine, calming nature is greatly appreciated in a time of crisis and concern. She truly cares for her patients and their human families. We are so fortunate to have her as our vet, in addition to the rest of her attentive and caring staff. Once you have her as a vet you will never look elsewhere. I have complete faith in the fact that she is thorough, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Sam has been our vet for 10 years. Her dedication and compassion are phonemonal. She speaks to our pets with kindness, holds them and they know of her warmth and kindness. She always calls you after surgery/procedure to keep you informed - and I mean SHE does, not her staff.
