Dr. Sagu and the Staff are AMAZING! We were upset at having lost Dr. Sagu from another clinic and even drove 2 hours to have our dog spayed here! Even though we did not know the staff, they all treated us and our precious pup like family! Having dealt with Dr. Sagu for over a year prior to his move here, I can guarantee that your animals will be in good hands. Unlike most Vets, the animal is always the top priority with Dr. Sagu! Thank you for all you do!

My experience with this clinic is very good. my dog was sick and i brought it to the clinic. when i consulted the staff they diagnosed it completely. instead of making money they gave me a proper scenario about the health of my pet. i was so impressed that they care for my pet and did not worry about making money out of it. i would highly recommend this clinic to my other friends and colleagues.

I took my cat Mittens in a few weeks ago to get Spayed and the quote that the girl told me on the phone was the exact same during the time of payment, so I was happy because vets usually always have hidden costs! She recovered really well after the surgery and I had some concerns in regards to the stitches (which were disolvable) still sticking out. But the vet did a check up to be sure and they charged me nothing since the re checks were complimentary! Over all really great service, will definitely be making them my cats new vet and the girls are the front desk were very nice and answered all my questions :)

great!great.this vet clinic is outstanding.i took my dog there for exam and a procedure. The front desk staff was very polite, professionally trained and nice.the vet was knowledgeable and professional in approach. They charged me the same price which they quoted me on the phone. no hidden charges!!! i liked their follow-up protocol after the procedure. i highly recommened this vet to everyone..i won't go anywhere else for my little cutie!!!

Very disappointed. Booked an appt for spay 3 weeks earlier , confirmed night before to arrive at 9:30. Upon arrival , clinic has a sign posted stated open 09:00 ,door locked.Vet showed up at 9:45.By this point I was having second thoughts , what does it say about a clinic if the staff don't even show up on time and what about the animals who were in the clinic in their care? I guess they wait until someone shows up. Vet seemed nice enough but suggested I talk to management as apparently not the first time support staff have not shown up. As he stated, mine was an elective surgery but what about the owner that brings a pet needing immediate attention ,as it is a hospital, and he has to turn them away as no one to assist with procedures. As the vet,I'd be looking for somewhere else to work. as a client I'm going elsewhere. I guess I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for. Feeling maybe this worked out in my favour , or in my cat's favour.

The reception area staff is great however the punctuality of return emails is lacking. Previously an emailed was responded to in a very unprofessional manner and being Deaf it is one of the means of communication for me. Today the office did not even bother to respond to my email that was sent last evening. I'm not sure if there has been a turnaround in Vets at the clinic but this is no where near the experience that I have had in the past. I have now had to seek out a new vet for my 18 yr old cat which is very difficult based on her age. I would have highly recommended the staff previously but the most recent experiences has left me very upset and disappointed! Please find yourself another vet!!!!

THIS VET TRIED TO SCAM ME ! WATCH OUT !!, I was in a state of panic my little 4 pound dog might have been impregnated by my much larger golden retriever my dogs are like my kids so you can imagine how stressed out I was. it was a Thursday that the dogs possibly could have mated I took my little girl to this "low cost spay and neuter clinic" a couple days later and the vet there told me my puppy is definitely pregnant because he can feel the puppies and told me it would cost me 800 for the surgery and he told she needed to be rushed in the next day , i got ahold off the real low cost spay and neuter clinic SPCA spay an neuter clinic , the nice ladys there told me there is absolutely no way it will cost 800 and that the vet wouldn't even know if my dog was pregnant at this point they told me it would cost 100 and 30 bucks extra if she was pregnant ,, couple weeks later i brought my puppy for surgery that ONLY COST ME $100 and turns out my dog WASNT EVEN PREGNANT

They are not professional at all. Clinic is very cold. Receptionist was friendly but that's about all. Would never take my pet there.

I went there on refferal of my friend. Girl at front was courteous. The vet was nice. Explained me all options for my dog for vaccination, de worming , behaviour . Gave me tour of clinic its huge, nice and clean . The staff don't rush you . They are nice and informed people . I like the place

My dog walkie had chornic skin infection i was going from vet to vet but not getting results finally my friend told me about them and i went there the staff is very courteous and helpfull and doctors r very nice and passionate fro animals and they did extensive workup and consultaion with me regarding walkie and finlly now his skin is getting better, i wud recommend this clinic to anyone.

Had my dog spayed at this animal hospital approximately 2 months ago. The staff were very friendly, showed us around the facility which was clean and new. The cost was very reasonable and they called a few times after the surgery to make sure things were going smoothly. We were even able to bring our dog back in for a quick check to make sure the incision was healing properly at no extra cost. The staff are very helpful and have no problem answering any questions you may have. Strongly recommended

I have had my dogs scared entering a vet's for a yearly exam, this vet makes my dog comfortable, the facility is brand new and welcoming and competent staff and my dog was very comfortable, That says a lot to me. Reasonable prices, vets explained in details. Would recommend this vet office.

I adopted my dog from Oakville Humane society.Wanted her spayed and vaccinated.They had longer wait times so they recommended me to this hospital.I called them and booked appointment.I was apprehensive as price quoted was very reasonable as compared to other hospitals.My dog was greeted very well at hospital.Vet was very nice and explained to me all about spay procedure and answered all my questions.I wanted to see the hospital. they gave me the tour it is very nice clean and huge hospital.There were certain costs which are extra but it is your call to go for it as it is your animal and question of affordabilty.I could not afford those like intravenous fluids but still surgery went well.they called next day to inquire about her.Overall I am impressed and thank humane society for recommending them .I would always go their.

Amazing vet clinic in mississauga.The staff there are so friendly and helpful.The doctors are wounderful and give my dog the absoulute best care possible.I never feel rushed and they are quick to return my phone calls, never any trouble getting a appt fast,they are open late. Highly recommend to any one looking for an above-average clinic in the mississauga area.

The staff and vets of the clinic took good care of my dog when he got sick last week. They treat my dog Like they really love animal.There prices are very reasonable and they are open 7 days and late hours . Even in emergency you do not need to go to emergency clinic. Hospital is very nice and clean.

The place always seems to be very dirty with dust bunnies. The doctors are never there. Whenever you call or show up the place is only staffed by one front staff person who never seems to know what is going on or have any answers to any questions (they don't hire very good or knowledgeable people there), so if you walk in with your pet you have to wait at least 30 minutes before any doctors will show up (not very professional at all). The prices are cheap but it's cheap for a reason, you are getting what you pay for, and sometimes it's better to pay more to get good quality service. Also, the prices sometimes changes, get a quote over the phone for one thing, then you show up and the price is something different, it all depends on who you talk to there. Then there's the surgery it's sometimes done late in the day resulting in your pet staying overnight, but they have you drop your pet off early in the morning around 9am. You won't find this out until you are there with your pet.
