My mother's cat goes to this veterinary hospital monthly for a Solensia shot (not anymore after this), the last time in August 2023. Since then they've instituted a credit card processing fee of 3%, I was just told by the person answering the office phone, when I noticed the credit card processing fee while looking at the receipt tonight and called the office to question it, "the fee started 2 weeks ago" I was just told. They don't take checks because "our machine has been broken for 2 years, hee hee." I brought my cat to be euthanized today. They didn't tell me that there was now a credit card processing fee yesterday when I was making the appointment for today, which they should have. And, the person who I spoke to on the phone, when I called the office just now, told me "There's signs all over the place" as if I'm looking at any signs while bringing my very sick cat who I feared would have to be euthanized.

Excellent! Caring doctors and staff. Everyone there has a great bedside manner! They always take wonderful care of my pets. They're all very easy to talk to, even if I just call with a question, they are always helpful.

We just love the vets and staff! After trying 3 different vet offices since we moved to long island 7 years ago, we have finally found a keeper. We can't be more pleased. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone that works here really likes animals and shows a sincere interest in the pets. All of our pets (from the 3 common house cats to the greyhound) were personally greeted and fussed over. Most importantly, the vets' first interest really seems to be in the animal's health (unlike other vets who run any and all tests... either due to greed or inexperience). You can tell that the vets are also experienced and knowledgeable, a comforting thing when faced with a pet health issue. We've received phone calls from the treating vet and staff members to get updates on status and answer questions. The facility is modern and immaculate, and the fees are on par with averages on long island.
