senior new to port alberni. brought 4 ofmy fur bearing grandbabies to manzini.they had a gum disease that had been controlled my vet in surry foryears with medication. i brought a letter from vet in surrey to advise treatment needed dr copeland refused to follow instructions but said wanted to do it her way and gave them different meds. all 4 died within 6 months. common sense would dictate you dont just stop meds that worked, cold turkey. also euphanization of big boy. dr. c asked me to bring pet in am. when i got there dr. c. told meto leave cat and come back at noon. i pleaded with her that i wanted him to not bealone. she saidhe would not bealone and i should come back at noon. when i came back was put in a room and they brought me big boy. he was wrapped up like a mummy from head to toe and had a tubing put into his mouth. he started gurgling when he recognized me and dr c came back in and said something about uping the dosage. i have a whole box of invoces pd

was good .now after your money .brought my older dog in for a reoccurring ailment only to be charged over$250.00 to have it examined and get meds i wanted in the first place .now i need the meds again and must have another exam. shame.

It was good at one time but now it is awful Service is bad and charges are ridiculous I booked an apt and paid the vet visit Took my pet in for treatment based on the apt and they wanted to chg me again for a vet fee as well as 300+ for the treatment Not only that they charged me an emergency fee because they could see my pet that day because they had 2 cancellations They should have given me a discount because they wouldn't haven't been able to book their day I don't plan go there again I am looking for a new veterian

Takes the time to explain everything in a way you understand, willing to discuss alternative treatments, will do follow-up phone calls if requested. Very gentle and caring with my cat. I've seen 2 vets here and always had a great experience. Friendly staff.
