I have been going to Cornerstone for 8+ years and they have taken the best care of my pets. There have been changes in staff but the quality of care and compassion remains high. They have helped me through a loss and Carol was so kind and follow up with us to make sure we were okay. The staff always seems to be having fun at work. Not sure about the previous review I have not found that to be the case.

The practice manager Carol is very rude to not just customers but to her employees. I will not give my hard earned money to a company who employs such rude management. She barked demands at her employees each time I was there and gave long winded responses to questions with out answering my question. This is also the most expensive vet in the area so you would think they would hire a professional acting manager.
