new owner and completely reversed from previous staff . Very clean , odour free and friendly helpful staff . Billed me exactly amount quoted , no add ons. Fee schedule on reception desk with prices listed. Had no fear about leaving my dog. Am changing clinics to here and saved over $500.00 . thank you

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! I truly wish I would have heeded this warning but I thought what I heard was all hear say..... but now our family member has passed away and I think ut is due to negligence. This vet is going to be reviewed by the vet association. An investigation is going to be done to see if he is doing unsafe practises. I wish u could give a 0 for everything. The only Nice thing was the receptionist. It doesn't smell like its been sanitized and you can see dirt around. If you do go here I would recommend they have all their shots or don't put them down.

The staff at the Redcliff Vet are kind and caring and the doctors are wonderful! This clinic has gone through some changes lately and for the better! Package prices for surgeries are wonderful, but I'm not pleased with prices for non-package services, it adds up quickly, still they better prices than in the province of BC

I took my cat here over a year ago to have a check up. Her ears were bothering her and she was having accidents around the house. After "TESTS" were done the vet came up with that she just had dirty ears (I was advised to clean them) and that she had bladder infection which she had medication for. Months later she still had ear problems and having accidents. I took her back and he said the very same thing to me as our first appointment. I decided to take her for a 2nd opinion to a different vet clinic and turns out she has had ear mites this whole time, and that all she needed was a 2nd litter box instead of medication. I will never be going back to Redcliff Veterinary anymore!

I am very upset about recent billing inconsistency that I experienced at this location! I took one of my female cats to get a spay, tendonectomy, full vaccinations (the whole deal) all at once since she was new to the family. Her bill for all of this was around $468.00. I was very pleased with this price - so I took my older cat in for just a tendonectomy surgery (since she had already been spayed and had her shots at this location about 5 months prior). Upon going to pick her up, I had a bill of $469.00! How does that work?! How is that JUST A TENDONECTOMY is the same price as everything that I had done to my first cat?! I was very upset about this. I called the clinic the next day and spoke to the vet that did the surgery and he was not willing to come down in price! He just kept telling me that the blood work made the difference. I had blood work done on both of them - so that still doesn't make any sense! I will not be going back to this clinic ever again.

Do not go to this clinic. The vet gave my dog a needle and it slipped out. When he gave the second one my dog started to bleed in that spot. Dress code and people skills very unprofessional

Very nice small animal clinic. Staff there are very nice and always willing to serve you and your pet. Very competitive pricing and have great package deals on multi puppy first set vaccines and other. If you are a breeder this is a great clinic to go to!!
